NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. and NO WAY TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I initially signed up for this at $10/month. In January 2026 I requested membership cancellation. But I never received a reply. Instead I was billed in February 2026 for $17/month. I again requested a cancellation and was told that I had to Log In to the Gold Care website and enact a cancellation. But after getting into the website there was no Cancellation option. THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE TO INCREASE PAYMENTS AND MEMBERSHIP and no way to advance the screen to even search for a cancellation option. I have for the past 2 day been calling and emailing Customer Service and in spite of getting communication from 4 or 5 different people by email not one has responded to my request for a phone call or for THEM to remove my name from their membership list. I don't even know if these are real people. The only thing I know is that GC began charging me 70% more AFTER I requested a cancellation which they refuse to do.
