Red flags:
1)Vendor gives $10 discount for reviews that are written in google-explains the high volume of positive comments
2) No written quote was given(despite request) and on actual day, I was told that the quote was for cash and additional 10% required for bank transfer
3) Cleaners did not bring steam clean equipment. Marty said two other cleaners will come with the equipment. At the end of apartment cleaning , we were told that two cleaners came with the steam cleaning equipment and had left, but that was not possible as we were seated at the entrance through out the cleaning time and did NOT see anyone.Cleaners in the apartment confessed that MARTY has asked them to lie + No steam cleaning equipment had been brought+ Cleaners said they were asked to spray water on carpets to make it seem that steam cleaning had been done
4) When we clarified with Marty, he was aggressive over the phone insisting that steam cleaning had been done.Ultimately he confessed that NOONE had come for steam cleanings
