Wow! Wow! Wow!

GBR&SB is truly a heart led wellness establishment that is led by two very experienced women.

Whether it's a sound bath or a massage, breath work or meditation, you will walk away feeling nourished and reconnected with your inner peace.

In this busy, demanding world it's a lovely place to hold space for healing, reflection, and meaningful connection. Such an immersive experience that made me feel welcomed, safe and relaxed.

Would highly recommend GBR&SB to help you rediscover your true self.

Exhilarating Gong Meditations

Absolutely wonderful experience! The gong meditations are both relaxing and revitalising! I’m booking in for every second Sunday of the month, as I feel that this is absolutely the best “ME” time!

Jemma and Melanie create a safe space of total tranquility. I love attending a sound bath and always leave feeling refreshed and tranquil. I would totally recommend anyone to give it a go. Namaste my lovely ladies x
