Scam. They say my account is verified try to do your redeem again and then sent sorry one of six reasons you can't redeem winnings. Have no problem taking your money and not like they notify you that they won't let you cash out anymore. Sad is I loved them until they took over 400 winnings from me.

This site is a bunch of garbage. They suck you in with early wins and then you get close to the threshold to cash out and you do nothing but lose. You can put money in you account but can't withdraw it until you meet the set amount. As soon as you get close again you will lose on every spin. No way you can spin 50 times and not hit a single win. SCAM is to good a word for this site.

I have about $150 to withdraw to PayPal. However it says I can't be verified because my credentials have been used in another account. I believe this is from an account closed by Golden Clover. I accidentally picked the wrong email address from Google sign in action. It was unintentional and customer service closed that account.

So I am seeking help to withdraw - mostly so I can buy another package and play today!

I followed the customer service person in the fall instructions to a T. He was supposed to delete the 2nd account I accidentally created, didn't get the payout THEN, and was told to only use the original acct.

Now you are fraudulently withholding funds - I have ALL the chat transcripts and emails.

I have added up the Hundreds and Hundreds I have deposited in both my account and the account customer service said they deleted in the fall and will be filing suit in small claims court for the entire amount I have ever deposited , plus interest and attorney fees. The first time you denied me a withdraw was on the duplicate account, so I sucked it up. But I followed every direction and what you are doing is fraudulent.

In my research I saw that you are notorious for refusing withdrawals, and what do you know, there are not 1 but 2 early stage class action cases being organized on this and fraudulent advertising. As a legal professional, that's a sign of consistent bad faith practices and misleading claims and statements.

I will be providing all documents to the AZ Attorney General on Monday along with the hundreds of similar cases, class action sites, and reviews posted online.

Arizona is serious about GOOD social casinos, as you likely know, and this kind of fraud requires review of your license to operate in the state, advertising restrictions, and blocking your app, website, and your associated copycat apps.

P.S. Don't bother trying to contact them. They don't have a phone. And since I have emailed 10+ times over the past week and gotten the message below, they don't have accessible email either -it bounced back each time because their inbox is full.

If you have been robbed as well, I suggest small claims court or joining one of the class action suits.

Scam been trying to cash out.site saying fail to verify but the take your money but will not pay oit...scam

Playing for nearly a month. Everything fine until today when I go to play. I have been logged out somehow and now can't get back in. All my log in info is wrong. I was over the minimum to cash out. Now my winnings are gone. Very upset.

the site was fine for a while the slots are fair but support does not exist. i try to redeem my winnings $350 and they ask me to verify my account so I do and it fails , says im already verified with a different profile. i used every contact like and emailed many times and only been ignored. so they will not let me redeem my winnings. be warned i believe it a scam designed to keep your money.3 week 20 emails no reply
