I have sent several emails to reset my password, then you will receive an email that it has been sent to your email address. Well not so. Never got an email.
Sending a ticket to support also fails, I get it back with the message that the sending was unsuccessful.
How on earth do I contact the owner/operator of this site?
If I read the earlier messages I am almost sure its SCAM !!!!

I signed up on golden-farm.biz a couple years ago. The concept seemed simple enough. Visit the site, perform a couple activities and accumulate "funds". The claim was that eventually be able to withdraw the funds. It was said that adding funds would speed up the process resulting in faster payout but I choose to do the daily activates and let the funds accumulate slowly. Visiting the site and performing the activities only took a few minutes so I slowly let the funds build. Today when I logged on I noticed my balance was enough to meet the minimum withdrawal amount so I submitted a request for payment. My request was denied and I was informed that in order to withdraw funds I needed to make a purchase. That seems shady. I don't even know if that is legal.

The small investment in time over the years seemed minimal when I believed I would eventually get a few bucks for my effort. Investing money on this site does not seem like a good idea. They promote the site as a game but in reality it is simply performing the same mundane activities with pre-set outcomes day in and day out.

I would not recommend signing up on this site.

Scam. They tell you, you can withdraw after replenishment. But u cant. For every usd they use 40 percent od price to get you crystals. For one usd you need one crystal. So basically u need to replenish 2,5 usd to withdraw one. Or some refferal need to replenish his / her account to het you crystals. Illegal and unfair. Scam. Scam. Scam. Do not use that site! Never.

I'm going to give 2 starts because it's a game, and games are supposed to be fun. About payments, they are not very clear and you know things better as you move along. If you deposit, you can take a really long time to recover your money or never recover it. They don't talk to much about the crystals you need and how to get them.
Payeer payments are faster to take money out. Paypal you can take years to see some money in free mode.

The website should be down actually. It's a complete SCAM. In order to withdraw, they say you need to have Gold Coins and while we collect Gold Coins Investing our time, then you need to have replenished the account in order to confirm you are not a bot. Then when you replenish account to withdraw then, you need a crystal and it's a long list of making you linger.

A dirty scam of highest order. You will literally lose money from the first deposit itself. They will take 60% off your deposit and you will be entitled to withdraw back only 40%. They do this by way of Crystals that you earn with every deposit. They never mention about Crystals in the main page. You must go through the Rules page to see what crystals are. You can only withdraw your crystal total which is only 40% of your total deposits. You are just about to lose money here. Spread the word. Some poor flunkies are behind this total fraud. Even most of the withdrawal options are not working.

It basically requires a negative review. this is a scam of the highest order. You cannot withdraw. i reached the minimum required but all of sudden, they say i must first deposit $10. that's nonsense
