Speedy hosts we have known for years…

Speedy hosts we have known for years under this name and there old name, the owner is fantastic and always willing to help when he can do. The servers are fast and always reliable never had any issues with any of the services from speedy hosts.

DON’T USE GOLDEN HOSTS..... (I’ve switched providers)

Very bad service and management. Poorly managed company with bad grammar. They claim to have 24/7 support, yet only one person managing the company, they also do not offer half of the services they “claim” to offer!!! When you get a reply from Customer Support (One Individual) it will be like this for example: “Ok That Fine, tryin 2 get tht bk for u” no professionalism at all!!!

I found a better and professional hosting service called TheCloudHost.co.uk - I’ve been with the cloud host for a month now and they’ve been amazing. Would recommend Cloud Host to everyone on here, save yourself!!!

Nothing but a complete waste of time…

Nothing but a complete waste of time never helped at all when i tried to explain they just closed the ticket not very good customer service at all wont be recommending them thats for sure .

Horrible people to deal with and a really bad expeirance .

Sorry, I will stop my praise, you are not worthy.

I don't know why I stopped my service because I used bandwidth for a long time, but I didn't. I didn't receive any notification. Replying to the work order is very slow, I waited for a week, I have never encountered such a business!

Amazing Support!

Always there to help :) Yusuf is one of the most kindest guys I have done business with. Him and His Support Team are just amazing. The whole of both Ionic Radio and Golden Hosts always help me and when I get money i try to donate

Where do i even start..

Where do i even start... This is quite possibly the worst excuse for a hosting company ever! Support is NOT 247 like it claims, only run by one person, so unless they have some magical powers to stay awake all day and night then they are not 247... They are far from professional as they always type with 'text talk' (like U, m8 and Y) and they have awful English too. VPS was down most of the time, worst provider ever DO NOT USE!!!
