Goldenacre Wines and Goldenacre Vape…

Goldenacre Wines and Goldenacre Vape are a name only they are the Costcutter shop on Inverleith Row, Edinburgh.
I ordered a specific half-bottle of wine from them on March 15th 2026, it never arrived. Chased them, promised by Friday. It never arrived. Called again, asking for a refund, it never arrived. Called again asking for a refund, was told, "I will have to speak to the refund department" !!! Called again, refund never arrived. Called them again, told them I live in Edinburgh, I know exactly where their shop is, and if the refund didn't arrive in two days I would physically pay them a visit and demand cash from the till.
Refund arrived 21/4/26, which was in their best interests.
They lied to me on many occasions and only gave me a refund when I promised to pay them a visit.
They are NOT a wine shop.
Just a corner shop bunch of chancers.
I have my order number email, the refund date to my credit card, and the list of dates and times I called them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

No delivery of items then ignore you and keep money

ordered wine no delivery after 2 weeks ( courier says there was an issue and they reimbursed seller , I emailed with no response so I emailed again several times to eventually get a response a month later saying they will send replacement , there’s no replacement there was no intention of replacement and ignoring all emails , they have kept the £50 odd , this was October and it’s now march theives

The timing was wrong because I needed…

The timing was wrong because I needed to take them to Australia and that’s why I ordered them and now they’re outside my house until I get home from Australia. What a waste of time they let me down they said they’ll send me a refund but didn’t send them, but I’ll leave it as that as a review because it was bad business from their side because they said they had them in stock and they didn’t so they let me down badly
