Customer support is terrible. It takes forever to get a response, and when you do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t care about resolving issues or providing proper assistance.

For the past week, I have been trying to withdraw my money but have not received it yet. I have sent multiple emails to customer service, but they have not responded. It is extremely frustrating trying to get our money back. It is simple to add funds, but when it comes to withdrawing money, no one is there to help. These individuals do not show any respect for their customers.

Changing Review from 4 stars to 1.
Tried their asset managed account and they expected ups and downs doing scalping and getting between 8 to 10% a year on average return
After 2 weeks they lost 30% of the capital doing scalping - I haven't seen such an irresponsable way to handle an account. Even got a -12% lost in a single day - I don't think this is a appropriate way to handle an account that is expecting moderate risk and already losing all 30% of the capital in 2 weeks
