Every single time I try to withdraw my winnings it takes days after days after days and thats with there falsely advertised 12 minute average cashout time. I can tell you now I'm a VIP member and it takes several days to get my cashout. As for my VIP manager he's more scarce than a ghost. They should be called walt Disney because they have more stories than anyone, oh this happens because of this or this or that, ok mate settle down Walt Disney. What a mess. This casino may appear shiny and bright but its utter chaos. When I made a deposit of 100$ I played through it and ended up winning 250. Decided to cash out half of it and lo play the rest. My withdrawal was cancelled due to “technical difficulties” so I contact support and they advise to choose alternative method. So I did and it was cancelled AGAIN due to wagering requirements, the other agent advised me I had no other problems but all of sudden it’s about wagering. So I complain and play through requirements even though I already have. Now on my 3rd attempt guess what, cancelled again oh but this time it’s because they need further verification. This was so exhausting and frustrating all 3 agents giving me all 3 different reasons each time saying “just do this and you’ll be fine” this is not an ethical casino, just a scam site. Will be filing an official complaint with all the screen shots. They should be shut down.
