You can deposit crypto or Apple Pay etc etc.
And then you try and withdraw and all of a sudden you need scans of bank card that don’t exist (because they’re Zippay one-off payment cards) or they tell you if you deposit with Apple Pay you can’t withdraw BTC. None of this is told to you unless you msg support, then go to your email and CONFIRM your msg was relevant (their exact words). Then you’ll get a random answer.
Of 15 withdrawal attempts, 6 worked, Roll the dice and see how it works for you.

So I did a review for this place to get some free spins that were said to hit my account in 72 hours. 72 hours came and still no free spins. I looked for an email or notification and nothing. Then I see on telegram that the spins were added for those who left reviews. I signed into my account and the 50 spins were already expired. Support wouldn't reissue another bonus to replace it and pretty much blamed me for not checking in time . Edit- no one reached out to me so again the free set expired.
