I have been waiting for withdrawl since February and they will not pay it out! Got an email asking to update bank details but still nothing! They have turned off my chat box cause I have been messaging nonstop today!
Is there anyway to report this kind of cowboy casino!

Made a withdrawal which was marked completed within a few hours however 10 days later I haven’t received the money. Chat support close chats instead of answering questions, if you want the transcript they say you can email the transcript once the chat ends but you can’t. Best to screenshot all chats because of this. I made a second withdrawal and I screen recorded the information being entered and sent due to the ongoing issues with my first withdrawal, simply so they couldn’t say the information was wrong however 2 days after accepting the second withdrawal they say it was returned and it’s been a day since then and the funds aren’t back in my account. The reason given was a problem with my card or account yet I have the video evidence and it was the same card used for deposits and the first supposedly completed first withdrawal. So in 12 days I’ve made 2 withdrawals and I haven’t had a penny and I haven’t access to any of it. All you get from support(when they’re not closing chats because they don’t want to answer the questions) is they’re looking into it and it will be sorted soon and be patient. Plus the first withdrawal they say has gone from their end so it’s my bank holding it up but I spoke to my bank and they’ve not received or heard anything. Avoid this site you won’t get any winnings

I’ve been waiting on a withdrawal from golden genie since December. Today they returned £1900 back into my playing account. So I thought I’d try and withdraw a smaller amount £100. I couldn’t believe it went into my account within minutes. I tried £200 and the same thing. When I tried the 3rd time I get a message saying try again in 24hrs. We shall see Tomorrow.

I logged on to a website golden genie. Deposited. I didn't realise until afterwards that the server had changed and my money and bets were placed with basswins casino. Of course basswins deny all knowledge but they are one in the same. It's a scam. Do not use either site.

This website is a scam, the website looks legit and all but they will never let you withdraw your money, they will keep telling you to verify your account in order to withdraw your money as an excuce and you can’t verify your account. You will send the documents required and never have your account verfied. Avoid this website!!!!

This site is a joke with the most incompetent staff I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Don’t use this site as it is impossible to close your account and there is no help. Over £5k deposit and £300 withdrawn worst site ever.

Scam won money on the 3rd January still awaiting for funds. Was told to wait 21 days which I did now they said it’s being processed when live chat they just cut me off. Lost that money now total scam. Won’t pay out.

Worst site ever. First time player I made a deposit on 23rd January they didn't add to my account. They said deposit was cancelled. Left my bank account. The online just keep cutting you off. The email do not answer and the phone number given is bogus. Stay well away from this site. They steal your money and has the worst customer service.
