Been waiting for my withdrawl since 13.05.24. After seeing these reviews im not holding my breath
On the website it says withdrawls 24-48 hours then when you withdraw is 7-21 days. After doing live chat today asking if i should get my withdrawal by Wednesday (21 days not including weekends and bank holiday) the chat was closed down. 3 times!
The money could of literally been sent to me in the post from the other side of the world and got to me quicker than this, theres no excuse for it other than it being a scammy site!

Echo all the other reviews.. £500 pending withdrawal but more worrying had 3 fraudulent attempts on my bank today.. transaction, online app set up and loan application made!!!
Do not use these cheating scumbags as they are stealing your identity during verification 😡

I have been waiting for my withdrawal request from golden lion since October last year. And they put the money back into my golden lion balance. And I done another £850 and still waiting for any reply on that withdrawal. Proper scam website

In January I had won 250 euros and Made a withdrawal on January 4, 2024,but guess what never received it, are scammers so please people don't play there

Absolute joke. After pleading with them for so long to close my account as I have a gambling problem they have been no help at all. I've sent numerous emails to get this closed and all just ignored. I've been allowed to deposit hundreds. No self exclusion option or anything like that. No duty of care to customers at all.

Having deposited a fair amount of money to this site I really wish I had seen these posts before hand🤦🏼‍♂️ currently waiting for a sizable withdrawal and getting fobbed off with the same excuses I see other folk posting about! I’ve contacted my bank to dispute every payment to them and will hear back within 10working days what the outcome is. Will update accordingly on any progress

UPDATE; After close to 3months of hassling the ‘support’ team at golden lion I’ve finally received my pay out of over £2,000 this morning. Would not recommend using this site ever!!

After waiting for 3 months for my £900 withdrawal the £900 went bk onto my available balance to carry on playing games when i questioned cs they said there was a problem with my iban number for my bank they have now told me they have updated withdrawal methods now and it states on site that withdrawal's now only take 24-48 hours when i questioned cs again about this they said it takes 24-48 hours to reach to the withdrawal dept and then it will take 7-21 days to process bloody rubbish this is cs soo rude they dont let you finish having your say rhey just end the chat i have now contacted gambling commision and reported it to the police this is a site that lets you deposit money but never pays out i am consistent with this and i will contact cs or chat about when will i receive my money 😡😡😡😴

So I played I won £80 so thought if played enough so went to withdraw, then it came up the minimal withdrawal was £100 so I deposited another £20 to make it £100, then I go to withdraw and I was told it will take 7-21 working days to process excluding weekends, so if now waited a month and then I get an email staying there systems for bank transfers can't be done so I will need to 're apply for the withdrawal, so gave my bank details and I would have waited another month, so in the end I cancelled the withdrawal played it and guess what?I lost the lot but to be fair to me they were never going to pay up, funny how with in an hour of me cancelling my withdrawal it was in my.casino account.I would never use this company again they can have the £100 but I 100% would never use again don't use this casino site.

AVOID SCAMERS I made deposit 20£, but my account was not credited.

This site is definitely a scam. You win for the first couple of times to make you think its a decent sight but after that it goes downhill. The live chat service has very rude staff. They cut you off when your speaking constantly. If you want to self exclude or close your account they give you a false person to email who doesn't even exist. The customer service staff need to go on a customer service awareness course. AVOID THIS SITE!!!!!

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star . It's been 21 days and no winnings. Now they are getting cocky. Keep saying its within the estimated time frame now. Over 21 days. Has anyone had any joy complaining? If so how? Sid anyone get money bk from their bank?

7-21 working day for withdrawal my arsee. Been 28 working days and I start a chat and they end it without me having a chance to reply after the botted response

DONT USE THEM. IVE BEEN SCAMMED FOR A £400 WITHDRAWAL I MADE NEW YEARS. THEY JUST KEEP LYING ABOUT THE DELAY AND NOW INCANT GET I TO GOLDENLION1 PRESUMABLY BECAUSE ITS BEEN CLOSED DOWN. DO NOT USE THEM. TGEYRE A SCAM PREYING ON NAIVE PEOPLE. DONT BE ONE OF THEM!!!

This website is the biggest scam and fraud site!! Deposited my money and hasn’t paid my winnings it’s been 3 month now!!’ AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT PAY OUT THE ONLINE CHAT IS A SCAM!! THEY CUT YOU OFF MID CHAT AND LIE REPORT THEM

This website is a complete scam, avoid at all costs! They do not pay customers their winnings once you withdraw your money.

keep being told to "hold on" as £250 withdraw still pending for over 6 weeks ,,, wish i read these reviews before parting with cash...who is really going to play if no chance of getting the winnings ???

You will not get your withdrawals. Any emails you send will just be ignored.
