They are bunch of scammers that scam you out of your money, they never had any intention of paying out when you win...run from them, my withdrawal has been processing for 9months and they use bots to chat with you when you try to reach out, they never reply your email, Run
What a complete joke they say 24 to 48hrs for a withdrawal and now they say thats the time from processing which can take 28 days . The customer service is just someone with a script . Same sentences everytime you ask something .
How do they even stay open. Been asking for 5 years to have my account closed. All they say is they will send Connor/Mason a reminder. These people dont exist its all lies.

Spent a lot of money on here- won and awaiting payout that was over 21 days ago. Rude reply’s on live chat and no replies to emails.

This company is a scam, they will not pay winnings, they give you a false transaction number then pretend the funds are delayed. I have reported as fraud to as many people as I can.

Company refuse to pay out my £100 withdrawal. My bad for not checking reviews on them but it's shocking they're still taking people's money.
Dreadful. Waiting for a withdrawal since June 23. This must be illegal as they falsely take and don’t pay out yet barrage you with email offers to get you to deposit. There are so many tragic stories attached to this cruel site. Please do something about it. There is no one who has actually received a payout to my knowledge. I have contacted a legal representative.

Beware of this site everybody! This site used to be called Goldenloin, they are here to purposely scam you, when you put money into their account it goes to all different corrupt companies, I withdrew £250 on the 30th of November 3023 and I still haven’t received a payment as it is pending still in my account when I spoke to a customer service operator called Jeremiah , today to ask him where the money was they wasn’t even replying until I asked them if they were awake. The reply I got was…No are you? I replied, yes very.. he then started giving me all the spill about him contacting the finance department, Massive slip up I would say. Keep well away, do not be fooled..
Opened account (with goldenlion now goldenlion1) deposited £XXX placed several bets, only bet with my own money, not any bonuses. I win, tried to withdraw £XXXX on the 18/10/2023. Never had the Money, chased via email, live chat, get ignored or told lies. Clearly a scam company, avoid 100%
Now 19/12/2023 chased weekly, get same answers, all lies, crooks!! still no payout
24/12/2023 - Now changed there website to goldenlion1.bet obviously had loads of complaints and now looking to rip off more people using a new url address
7/1/2024 - still no payout, still get loads of emails from them. Can’t access live chat and all my emails being ignored.
