Last minute haircut on weekend up in Birmingham ,asked if they did walk ins they said yes.They were so very kind and hospitable,forst they offered a drink as soon as I sat down.Then asked how I wanted to have my hair cut.Attention to detail and professional, also asked how short wanted my haircut.
All in all spent almost an hour and washed my hair after the haircut as part of the service.Then told me would be price of a haircut only.I did tip as I’ve been to many barbers inmy time and this is by far the best.Thank you golden Scissors for a gold star service.You are also the most reasonable priced barbers around.You are all brilliant,thank you so much!!!😃
Totally brilliant...1st time have had haircut there...my kids have been several times...been to a few in Fleet/Frimley area and this is best by far....Highly recommended.

I had the most unfriendly customer service at this establishment yesterday.It is the barber in the Ipic Centre. I would actually rate them zero stars. I took my 2year old son for his very 1st haircut yesterday and drove all the way from Saldanha. We were not even greeted when we entered and barbers just went on with what they are doing. As there were not enough seating we were standing outside and my son were playing as a normal 2year old would. After half an hour a seat became available and we proceeded to sit inside.My son had a small car that he was playing with.One of the barbers got furious and addressed me to see to my son.How do you tell a 2yr old to sit still?I asked him if he knows how old my son is whereby he replied he is not talking to my son,bit he is talking to me.I emmediately asked him if he does not need my money and he said no.I said well then I will take my business elsewhere if my son is not welcome. He totally ruined what was supposed to be a memorable experience for us. This is disgraceful also seeing that it is the holidays and you should be more accommodating towards everybody.What happend to customer service?These foreigners must just leave our beautiful South Africa and go make money in their own country and treat their own people the way they do.Sies what a disgrace.

Worst haircut.
I took my 4 year old son for a haircut.
The barber would not listen at all. Both my son and I told to stop cutting and he refused to stop. My son.was traumatized.
The whole place should be closed down. I NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERBAL ABUSE if customers

They told me to come at a certain time and made me wait 40 min and still no able to attend to cut my hair. Very bad

Today was such a great experience at the salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff (Lo) took excellent care of me, making sure I was comfortable and great hospitality addressing any concerns I had about my haircut. The attention to detail was great, and I left feeling not only satisfied with my new hairstyle but also appreciated as a customer.
Ahmed is your guy (Solihull) I only went for a maintenance cut (side trim and also hot towel) but he took care and detail with it and didn’t rush even though there wasn’t much to cut.
Just been today made to feel very welcome.
I could tell by the way he was doing his job he is very experienced.
His shop is spotlessly clean and it must of cost quite a large sum of money for him to start his business.
Definitely will be back thanks for today.
