Refusal to supply winnings
Just straight up won’t verify me. I’m verified at about 40 other casinos. They hit me with an extremely random request that’s not listed in their kyc verification steps and since I can’t do it. They won’t verify me despite all my other docs and attempted to offer alternatives and so won’t cash me out 2500 dollars.
Bet they wouldn’t have cared this much if it was $100 withdrawal
What’s your point @golden star casino? My withdrawal even by your own standards, is 5 days overdue. So my point still stands.
