Plants all arrived in good time, the courier was three days late, but it didn’t matter too much.
The plants were all perfectly packed and in excellent condition.

Delivery was the only issue
Delivery was the only issue; wasn’t dispatched as early as I’d hoped for the price but the attempted delivery I couldn’t understand as two people in the house all day.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service. Speedy delivery. My latest order a nice large plant arrived in excellent condition. I have used Golden Valley a number of times before and am always impressed with their plants. Will be ordering from them again. A contrasting experience from Crocus whose plants sent to me recently have been so disappointing and poor value.

Excellent quality plants. Just a shame that package was very badly damaged on delivery but this was the fault of the courier company not Golden Valley Plants. Will certainly be buying from them again.
