Really disappointed, order placed and website indicated items were in stock, had to chase order some days later as still showing as not dispatched, only to be told that items are in fact out of stock and would have to wait for stock to arrive. 5 days later and order yet to be dispatched, sometimes deals that seem to good to be true often are evidently

Long Delivery Times
I have been using Golden Vape for years and their service and delivery times have been excellent, but not anymore! My recent order took over 2 weeks to be delivered. I received no communication about the delay, leaving me to constantly email for updates and having to purchasing e-liquid from another company. I have no idea why the service has declined so badly, but they need to sort out whatever is causing these delivery delays to avoid their customers going elsewhere.

Poor communication
Brought a vape emailed because it broke after less than a week, was scolding hot and fizzling when put on charge stayed hot for a long time after being took off charge, now doesn't even turn on or charge. Never received a response after they asked for my order number. Never had a problem with the company before when I've only ordered liquids

I've always ordered from this company via Ebay but this time I've ordered directly through Golden Vape I've placed an order on 6th September no response to say order has been dispatched I've asked for a refund yet again no response I've never has a problem until now
