I liked how the shipping is paid for your submission. This made the process convenient. My package shipped and was received in less than a week. I received prompt communication to my email and in my dashboard. What didn't happen was an itemized list of the items I sent. I thought this was part of the process. What I got was an offer based upon gold and silver, but no breakdown on the pieces. I don't know if I will get the items they deamed undesireable back to me. Still waiting on that. This was my first time using this service.

The process was simple and the package was insured. As soon as the package arrived I had an offer within in minutes and the details about the pieces that had no value were explained. Great communication with the payout - my Zelle wasn't working so a real-live human got on the phone to discuss and she made sure that I got paid as quickly and efficiently as possible.
