Absolutely deplorable customer service. They use bots to answer emails as I got the same email repeatedly for different questions/complaints. Wouldn't recommend if you have a problem you won't get an answer.
My metal detector arrived on time, it works very well and is exactly what I need. There were minor hiccups, the earphones arrived broken so the company sent an upgraded replacement. The accessories pack is not fit for purpose, certainly not worth the £20. The company gave me a part refund. Their communication is excellent, I would definitely buy from them again.
