For a company that sells phone services they are very difficult to reach by phone (for either support or sales) and do not have a voicemail service set up - once you get them on the phone (typically after multiple attempts) they're very helpful but like most busy people, it's irritating to have to re-dial multiple times to speak with someone!

Additionally, the admin interface is pretty cumbersome - you can likely do most of what you need but it may not be easy. For example:
- You cannot edit existing routing plans for numbers, meaning you have to start from scratch every time you want to update your hunt group or forwarding sequence.
- When adding new numbers there's no option to simply add another number to an existing plan - every time you add a new number, you have to select the service, the package, the base package and the call plan.

Overall their VOIP and Fax to Email services have a comprehensive feature set and are reasonably priced and pretty reliable, but there are definitely other, easier to use applications out there!

Surprisingly easy to set up. Very clear instructions from Goldfish. Works exactly as it says. Good value too if you don't make too many international calls.

Best in Ireland market for sure. Phone support for English speaking Europe is a top class feature in a market where it's difficult to find anything but "online chat" and evasion of customer issues. I've always found top quality engineers every time who can answer pre-sales and post-sales questions as well as emergencies. This would be my top recommendation for any person's or business's first adoption of VoIP.

Goldfish provide an excellent VOIP service. Their customer care and technical support staff are a credit to them, very friendly and polite.

Switched to Goldfish when my previous provider increased their charges and reduced their services. Goldfish offered more and cost much less. Transition was simple and the change of number was seamless. No down time. Couldn't have been better.
