Goldman Smith is a Claims Management Company which takes on claims from consumers who believe they'd been mis-sold financial services or products including; PPI*, Packaged Bank Accounts and High Cost Short Term Loans. It has successfully represented over 6000 consumers and recovered over £10,000,000* on behalf of them. Goldman Smith gives it's client's a choice on whether to use their service or not and provides helpful information about how a claim can be pursued with or without their help. It charges fees ranging from 24% to 44.4% (inc. VAT) of a settlement amount* depending on the type of claim it is instructed with. *A successful PPI claim which began on or after 10th July 2018 with a settlement value of £1000 will be charged a fee of £240.00. Goldman Smith cannot take on new claims for mis-sold PPI due the PPI deadline of 29th August 2019. The compensation figure of £10m is after its fees & VAT have been deducted but before any income tax a consumer is responsible for paying.

Massive Thankyou to the team at goldmansmith. Really simplified the claim process for me, explained realistic timescales and have been at the end of the e phone whenever I’ve needed them. Big Thankyou.

Do not consider

Time-limit of 1 hour to read over 10 contracts whilst I was at work. Which they knew. Felt tricked into them dealing with m debt when I could have dealt with it myself. Now I'm in more debt for their charges.
