Ordered two rings, i’ve received only one after 2 month (with defects on it) they refound es me 3 month after the order for the ring I didn’t received. They took like 2-3 weeks to answer to a message on instagram.

My experience with them was not great. I ordered a ring from them for $200 in December for my boyfriend. I never received the item and I contacted them time and time again with no reply. Then finally they refunded my money and cancelled my order after two months. I didn’t want to cancel it I just wanted my purchase and was wondering why it was taking so long to ship. I was super disappointed with the costumer service

Avoid.

Do not believe the positive reviews as they are clearly fake.

I gave them a chance but purchased with a credit card so can get the money back if needed.

They delete comments on Instagram and do not respond to emails.

They should be reported to the police.

Terrible customer service the jewellery takes half a year to arrive without any customer service during this time so don’t expect replies to emails or DMs.
Product quality is also terrible will brake in a few months. Avoid at all costs. You can see there social media pages filled with unsatisfied customers but these comments will get deleted instantly but goldtaste admin.

Worst service I have ever had grills came after 6 months of waiting after I’d emailed them loads and they would just ignore them they promised me a chain as an apology for this which never came, the grills finally came and where no where near the size of my teeth and clearly would never fit my teeth. I’ve asked for the chain to be sent via Instagram but they just view my messages and blantently ignore them WOST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD so unprofessional DO NOT BUY FROM GOLDTASTE

Order was slightly delayed but happy with my ring

placed an order 29/12/2019, with express shipping and am yet to recieve any shipping info or a reply to my emails asking for a refund or the whereabouts of my order, was told 5 days when i picked the express shipping

Item was made to order so arrived around 10 days after purchase date, my chain is just fabulous. MY NEW FAVOURITE JEWELLERY STORE ! !

I am so shocked and appalled at the customer service of this company. I ordered a £45 ring on 7/12/19 as a Christmas present. It got to around 21st December and I had not even received a notification of shipping. After incessant messaging and emailing from me, I was told WELL AFTER Christmas that the product was faulty and would be shipped on 2nd Jan. In the end, it took emailing, calling, and Facebook messaging nearly everyday for practically 3 weeks to only call one day, get hung up on by an EXTREMELY RUDE man and get refunded 2 minutes after the phone call. No explanation, no apology on their part. I am actually very heartbroken as I spent over £50 on what was the perfect present. DO NOT RISK BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

Ordered a play boy ring the 25th October 2019, and was repeatedly was told it was being shipped when it wasn’t. They was constantly posting photos of the rings on their Instagram but loads of people commented asking about their orders they weren’t getting, and they were deleting all the comments so they didn’t look bad. So I tried to contact multiple times by email and Instagram Dm and they only answered when it suited them. I even messaged the owner of goldtaste and he totally ignored me. They then sent an email saying it’s been shipped which was probably to shut me up and when I tried to see where it was the tracking number didn’t exist. I mean when you spend loads of money on a ring you wanna know where it is so yes I did nag them because I had nothing from them to tell me where it was. then when I still didn’t get it they told me it had been damaged, I was happy to wait for a new one and because It took so long they apologised which kinda made up for it and offered me freebies, but then offered the same freebies to everyone on Instagram bare in mind some of them haven’t waited as long as me for the order and had a choice of what pendant. So at this rate I’m really annoyed... which is understandable. I asked AGAIN about the ring, they literally just sent me a tracking number and said will come Wednesday/Thursday so Thursday came still no ring...they also said they put in a playboy pendant as a freebie with my order and I didn’t even have a choice of what one I would like. They then told me it was sent Thursday so I FINALLY got the ring Friday. Which was fine I was happy I finally got it but there was no freebie pendant in with my order that they said they put in with it?! I told them there was no pendant and they played dumb with me but I was fed up with talking to them and happy to finally have my ring and told them I’m never ordering from them again (which is fair enough seeings I’ve waited about 3 months for it) and they replied with “thank god” and then blocked me off Instagram!? Not being funny but the customer service was horrendous by all means order from them if you wanna wait ages for your order and hear nothing about it. They do not care about YOU only your money.

Waited around 9 days for my order so came slightly before the estimated made to order date can not fault quality !

Do not believe what any of these people saying giving 5 star reviews, this company is a scam, you will not receive your item for months or even at all! Very poor communication, could not get a reply from them for ages regarding our order. If anyone is reading this please do not waste your money with these people.
