Really pretty jewellery

This was my third purchase of Gold Trip jewellery after I discovered them at a Christmas event last year. The quality is really nice and amazing value for money. I've bought a couple of gifts and some earrings for myself which I wear all the time. Nice packaging as well.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE. I bought a £20 “lucky dip” at the wedding show, which claimed you could win up to £95 worth of jewellery. What I received was a cheap plastic gold ring worth pennies, not even something they actually sell.

Completely misleading and absolutely disgraceful. I feel ripped off and would strongly warn others to avoid.

Poor customer service

Stone fell out of earing after 2.5 months and worn less than 10 times.
Contacted company who initially said they did not provide warranties. I pointed out that under UK Law they had to offer a warranty.
They then accepted that they had to offer a warranty, but argued that stones don't just drop out and therefore didn't have to offer an exchange or refund.
After lots of arguing, they sent a £10 vouchure and I gave up because (1) they were only relatively cheap earings (£35) and (2) life is too short. I replaced them with similar earings from another company.

Don’t waste your money

The ring I received definitely isn’t worth what I paid. It’s not even a proper ring, it’s made with thick wire. Sent it back to the address they gave me, claiming it’s the wrong address and it’s been refused, despite the tracking saying it was signed for. Unbelievable service 🤬 it finally came back to me today 18th January!!!!
