Customer Service is next level

Where do I start…
I am a PGA Professional and I was asked by one of my clients if I could build him a sim room in of of the spare spaces he had in his house. I have always build my own sim rooms in my clubs but never to a customer spec.
Having seen GolfBays pop up on my Facebook I thought I’d give them a call and discuss my thoughts and seek the advise of experts.
Experts they are from start to finish nothing was too much trouble answered every question and there were a tonne and at no point did they try to upsell or push me in any direction just sticking to the clients wishes.
Once all items were delivered to the clients house I faced a few technical issues nothing to do with golfbays just stuff I wouldn’t have know until I started the install. GolfBays director Rob was always on hand for a call and on a number of occasions pulled in other members of his team to assist. All of this support was not on top of any purchase there fore you can be assured when you buy from GolfBays you 100% have their support.
Our customers install is complete he’s a very happy golfer and I can’t recommend this company enough they have helped me a lot and my next install will be much easier.

Outstanding Customer Service 🤩

From our very first enquiry about fitting out a custom golf simulator room, Harrison at Golfbays was incredibly helpful. He guided us in choosing the ideal launch monitor and projector to suit our budget, providing expert advice at every stage of the project.

The overall package was very competitively priced, with free delivery that arrived right on time. If you’re looking for a true ‘one-stop shop’ with outstanding customer support and a smooth, hassle-free experience, I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Golfbays!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service - bitof a delay on my order of the surestrike single matt so Oliver at GolfBays found a way for me and my son to start enjoyting the net we had bought pretty much straight away.

rob the director

Dealt with rob the director, very professional and accommodating. Didn’t have the best experience due to the courier but rob was incredibly helpful and did all he could. I would recommend this company!

Very disappointing experience from the beginning.

Subpar customer service. I would recommend using a more customer oriented business.

Advertised that an item was in stock on the website(still is advertised as in stock but with a note beside stating that an in stock item will require 3-4 weeks). Item is not in stock and has to be shipped from the manufacturer.

Communication is minimal at best until you leave a review. Then everything is suddenly important.

Keep in mind, this was not a $100 order. Ordered a $6,000+ launch monitor.

To clarify a couple of points: our team did respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt, so it's worth checking your junk folder in case any replies landed there. Regarding the stock status - items shipped directly from the manufacturer are listed as available to order so customers can secure their place in the fulfilment queue. The 3–4 week lead time is noted within the product listing, and every customer receives an email at the point of purchase notifying them of the lead time and any shipping delays.

We do treat every customer the same whether it's a $10 accessory or a $6,000+ launch monitor, and we'd love the chance to make sure you leave this experience satisfied. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Rarely have I experienced customer…

Rarely have I experienced customer service at this level.

Not only did the Golf Simulator work as promised, but the setup was intuitive, and the video made it easier.

At all times along the way, GolfBays was responsive and helpful. The above and beyond customer service was that when the screen could not be found, GolfBays send a representative on a flight from England to Germany with another one. That truly is providing customer service beyond expectations. I can only recommend GolfBays to anyone who is looking for a Golf simulator for home or for work.
