Terrible support from this company. My watch has stopped working and they haven't helped. The don't have the correct drivers.

Extend your warranty
Golf Buddy have a great customer service team, however, you will need them as the products are unreliable. Purchased from Costco in June 2023 a W11 watch, motherboard failed in September 2025, sent to GB for repair. Out of warranty, watch returned back to me. When purchasing Golf Buddy products try and get an extended warranty or try Garmin.

Watch cost almost £400 but suddenly…
Watch cost almost £400 but suddenly failed to charge after less than three years. I emailed customer support three times for help/advice. No response was ever received.

A waste of money
Bought a w10 aim golf watch. The charging lead failed after about 14 months and the watch completely stopped working after about 24 months. The customer service department was less than helpful - I would avoid the product totally!! No spares are available - one of the worst purchases I have made.
