Confused by Listing
Probably prefer to give 3.5 score as don’t feel a “green” score of 4 stars is justified. Was confused by listing format which to me was unclear whether it was total club length or just shaft length quoted. Assumed it was shaft length but was wrong. Paid for new grip and club lengthening but not long enough as thought original listing was shaft length. Would have had to pay twice to have club lengthened to what I wanted so cut my losses and returned club and got refund. Communication excellent and Refund process easy and no quibble but refund of club price only. Lesson learned by me not to buy golf clubs online as seems to vary from site to site how club length is listed without it being made clear by all companies.
