I waited to be seen i had on my phone a snapshot of what i was after the guy said they still had it gave me a fair price for my trade in and we did the deal i paid and left the set of irons i bought were graphite shafts one had excess wear mark which i didnt notice at the time 25 mile trip to complain bit dissapointed.

Quality & Pricing is Good - Delivery is Problematic
Quality of the product and pricing is Ok and orders are processed quickly however delivery from Edinburgh is forever a problem - in most cases the package ends up in Hinkley or Hull and thus delivered two or three days later than quoted. I have raised this with them a few times but nothing seems to change - I suspect the courier collects parcels when travelling south rather than taking them straight to their Edinburgh depot - I can't think of any other logical reason for it.

Happened again - this time the parcel ended up in Birmingham
This is becoming a real irritation now as just about every order I place ends up in the other side of the country before being delivered and all the courier can say is "sorry for the delay"
How on earth can a parcel go from Edinburgh to Hinckley / Hull / Birmingham (take your pick) when I get notified that it's on it's way from Edinburgh only to be informed the next day that it's in one of the three sorting stations in England.
This is affecting your reputation as well as DPD but also has a detrimental affect on the Carbon Footprint of your businesses not to mention the efficiency of DPD.
There's no point telling me you're working with your delivery agent to resolve this as it's been happening for over a year and nothing has changed.
It's got to the point where I actually expect the delay notice so at least there's a consistency of some point about it.
