Reservation changes

We had to change our plans twice due to unforeseeable circumstances. On both occasions, Angel was absolutely understanding and supportive, helping us to move forward our tee time to the following week despite our missing the 48 hour window. Fantastic concierge support

Angel was fantastic. I had booked a day for my partner as a present having made the error of not being up to date with his calendar.

Angel from the concierge team coordinated everything with the golf course to accommodate rescheduling. Excellent communication throughout and really saved the day. Will definitely continue to use Golf escape thanks to this great experience.

My reservation was canceled due to overbooking at the golf course. I did not request a refund until two months later because of an overseas business trip. I was a bit skeptical I would receive my refund after such a delay. Joe, the concierge at Golfscape, who oversaw the refund process, handled my refund request professionally without a complicated explanation. Thanks to Joe, I received a full refund.

Anniversary weekend at Laguna Lang Co and golf

Booked 2 nights at Laguna Lang Co at the Angsana Resort in an Oceanview King Room with a game of golf for our wedding anniversary. The stay was the best of our Vietnam golfing trip. Beautiful resort with, lovely rooms, amazing pool and great food. Fabulous golf course too.
Highly recommend.

I used the service for the first time…

I used the service for the first time during my last trip to La Romana. I booked Tee Times to play 2 extraordinary courses (Punta Espada and Corales). It was a breeze to reserve the Tee Times (4 players). Angel was always ready to assist me in any way he could. We had a problem the night before playing Corales, and one of the players could not assist. I consulted with Angel if he could process a reimbursement even if the cancellation policy required 24 hours prior. Angel with the best of actitudes made it happen. Thank you Angel! I’ll use your services again!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They are scammers. I booked for 8 people to play in two flights at a golf club in Vietnam. They sent me confirmations after I paid. Two days later they unilaterally canceled one of my two flights and refused to give me refunds.
Update: they refunded my money but only after I threatened to sue them. You should decide if you want to deal with a company like this.

Golfscape is the best

I am SO pleased with my experience with golfscape. I had a very unfortunate event happen where my flight was moved last minute and due to this I wasn’t going to make my tee time. I was well aware of the cancellation policy as I booked well in advance. Golfscape made a change for me allowing me to play one of the most beautiful courses in all of Abu Dhabi while I was traveling here. The experience was so pleasant for me and I am very appreciative of Golfscape for making this change for me!!

Golfscape cancelled my booking the…

Golfscape cancelled my booking the booking was not honored due to price increase of the hotel because of F1.. i was told there was no rooms available in the hotel but I called them and there was in fact plenty on rooms.. I already paid the deposit(still not refunded)... just because the booking is no longer profitable for golfscape doesnt mean they have the right to cancel and leave me in the lurch.. would never use them again

As discussed when our Head of Business reached out telephonically on Friday, the hotel was unable to honour the original booking due to the F1 event in the area. We were able to secure an alternative room for you; however, this came at an additional charge set by the hotel. You chose not to proceed with the revised rate and instead requested to cancel and receive a refund, which has since been processed.

Dubai package deal

I booked a package trip to Dubai including hotel and tee times at four different golf courses. The hotel was great (Park Hyatt Dubai near the airport) and the tee times were arranged as booked. Perfect! Thanks to Jack, Jeck and Joe for assisting me and responding quickly to my questions. I will certainly use the golfscape services again.

Tee time not booked and no refund being issued

Requested tee time unavailable and I responded with my accepted alternate tee time. Only email was “thank you for the information”. Called the course morning of as I had not received any further communication and the course stated “no booking under that name or time exists”. I went ahead and booked myself through the course and paid. I asked GolfScape for a refund and they replied with a message stating tee time was already confirmed with confirmation number. How are you going to advise me of confirmation the day after my scheduled outing and have no previous communication of confirmation. Especially when the course stated 2-hrs prior to requested tee time “no booking exists”. Will never use this again and hope the refund, but if they decline, more reason for anyone reading this to avoid the service.

You immediately charged my credit card…

You immediately charged my credit card and never made a reservation for a tee time. I arrived at the golf course and my name was NOT on the tee sheet. You guys are scam artists!!!!!!

Google hijack

Whilst searching for my golf club I noticed a book online banner which took me to Golfscape (GS). I had never heard of GS and The West Lothian Golf Club has no relationship with them. Anyone booking through GS is being scammed. I now have to get the club to take ownership of their Google business profile.
