Golf South West Reviews 

As a society of 24, I can't see how the pro shop tend to think a society is only if you stay for one night, and therefore will not give the discount on the buggies, but that aside the courses that we played were all good and well looked after so no complaints there. Rooms not so, need up dating but had what you needed in them beds very small feet hang out the bottom of bed. "west country golf" if you wish to play the largest course there, as we found out you must pay for a buggy it's not an option, but we was not told of this by "West country golf" at any time at all. Last thing if you ask for the rooming list at the very least pass it over to the hotel, it took a while to sort the rooms out, not fun

Excellent service in arranging a package for Thurlestone Golf Club.Nothing too much trouble which made the stay very enjoyable and a great golf course to play as well.

Excellent communication from the team. Everything went smoothly. We will be using again next year

2nd time we have used Golf South West and as last time everything went smoothly. All tee times were booked as agreed and hotel rooms were as we had agreed

First class firm, shame they do not operated outside of the south West region

We were given plenty of options for our trip and everything was organised very smoothly and quickly. The accommodation was perfect for our group of four and we enjoyed all the courses, Lyme Regis and Bridport in particular. Golf South West even managed to sort out some perfect weather!!!

Just returned from a very enjoyable golf weekend in the Plymouth area playing East Devon, St Mellion (Nicklaus) and China Fleet. 3 wonderful courses in great condition and fantastic weather. Well done GSW!!

Very impressed with all aspects of my communications with GSW (from 1st contact, through the booking process & also their venue specific advice). I have no hesitation in recommending GSW if you’re looking to book a golf trip away. I’ll be using them again for sure.

If I ever gave 5 stars this would almost be the one. So easy just gave Alex my preferences and he did the rest. The team were always ready to answer any questions with a prompt reply. Will defo use again when I fancy another golf trip away.

Just back from our third trip with Golf Southwest - two rounds plus overnight stay at The Vale Resort west of Cardiff. Loved both courses and in good condition for time of year
Hotel room excellent and staff so friendly. Lovely dinner with £30 allowances to use.
Would definitely recommend GSW to book a golf trip and will be using them again.

Submitted all details appertaining to my society’s golf trip to Alex on Tuesday 22/1/2025 along with a schedule of courses we wanted to play. Received reply from him stating I would receive a quote in 24/48 hrs, guess what I’m still waiting and it’s now 96 hrs. Clearly doesn’t want our business so it’s back to golfbreaks for me

A very good set of people to work with. They arranged our Bournemouth tour this Autumn, and when things went awry with the first big storm of the season, and two out of three rounds were written off, their reaction was exemplary.

Great trip. Sam at GSW was brilliant throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone going on a Golf tour. They know their stuff and are very knowledgeable. I’ve used all of the golf companies and I would put GSW up there with the best!

Always a pleasure to interact with South West Golf. Quick proactive response, putting together custom paakages for us. Nothing is too much trouble and great customer service. Have organised a few trips through them and everything has run smoothly from initial contact to trip completion
