My biggest issue is being hungry especially at night.

OILY DISCHARGE NOT WORTH IT
I will admit that GOLO works, however, the side effects are not worth the effort. At any given moment, you can an will experience an oily discharge through out the day and night. The discharge will ruin your clothes and anything that it comes in contact with, not to mention the embarrassment of looking like you messed in your pants. Buy this only if you plan on wearing a diaper. Purchased 2/19/2024 under my name. I received a reply saying Golo could not find my order. I’ll gladly send them the info.

I was not able to find an order for you in our system with the information that you provided. What you are describing is not typical with our natural supplement, Release. Other diet pills contain fat blockers that can cause the symptoms you describe. GOLO’s Release doesn’t contain fat blockers. Perhaps you are referring to a different product.

I believe this is a good product
I believe this is a good product. I only took the Release pill once a day , before my largest meal. It really did seem to work with regards to reducing hunger pains during the day. Having said that, I immediately had GI problems. I stopped using the product and the GI problems seemed to dissipate. This makes me very sad. I like the product and I like the results that I was beginning to have. I am sad that I am not going to be reordering the product. My GI can not handle the problems that occur when I do.

It can be a reaction to removing processed foods, sugar and/or excess caffeine; Some people don’t go through this at all, and others may just experience a feeling of tiredness or a slight headache for a few days. But some may find that they are having some digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, or constipation.
