I am sorry to say that my Golo customer experience has been abysmal. Last month, I received an email saying my Release order had been delivered to my mailbox by the USPS. It did not. I called to let Golo know there was a delivery problem, within minutes. I was told rudely that this was my problem. That per my contract with Golo, Golo did their part. If the package did not arrive, I would need to take that up with the post office. I explained that per my contract agreement with Golo, I purchased a product and had a reasonable expectation of that product being delivered. She hung up on me. That said, I immediately went to the post office and discovered I had a substitute carrier that day, and my package was, in fact, delivered to another house one street over (even though the email said it was delivered to my house). They contacted the driver, who then went to the house, got the package, and delivered it to my house. Had I used the procedure for "complaining" set out by Golo and used the USPS website, I would have had to wait 48 hours or longer for a reply; by then, the package would have been long gone. While your Release product is good, I will never order from you without using the Fedex option. My point to the incredibly rude and unknowledgeable customer service rep was how I could be sure that this wouldn't happen again. As Golo relies on repeat customers for continued success, and as a good repeat customer, she could have offered to send another package via FedEx. She did not. $90 dollars for a subscription is a lot of money. Instead, it was "tough." She could not have cared less about my situation. The whole experience was unprofessional. Also, my follow-up emails were ignored and never answered. Yet, I continue to receive offers to purchase Release and food.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience, but I am happy that you did finally get your order. I did listen to your call with our agent, and she used a professional and calm tone while explaining our policy to you. She ended the call because the conversation was no longer productive.
Many companies, including Amazon wait 24 to 48 hours after delivery notification before sending out a new order when tracking states that the order has been delivered. This is because often USPS or the delivery services, either delivered it the wrong location and they are able to able to locate the missing package and deliver it to the correct place or they marked it as delivered, but the package is still on the truck and will be delivered shortly.
We want our customers to have a great experience, but because we use an outside service to deliver our orders, we are unable to control the delivery process. As you mentioned, your delivery route had a substitute carrier that day. You got an email saying that your order was delivered because the system automatically sends it when the package has been reported as delivered. I apologize for the confusion.

GOLO is Great!
GOLO has been the easiest way to lose weight! It is so helpful with the 2-1-2-1 foods and the explanation of difference in proteins and carbs, etc. Have been using since January, 2024 and I am down 13 lbs. so far. It truly is a lifestyle change. I do still have the bad foods but now they are just in moderation and not daily. It has been so easy to make the adjustment.

GOLO is not a quick fix, fad diet; instead, it works to help get your metabolism back into balance so you can lose weight effectively. We know that Release works because we conducted a study on this subject. In this study there were 2 groups of people-both of them followed the GOLO plan, but one group took Release and the other took a placebo. Both groups lost weight, but the group that took Release lost 79% more weight than the placebo group in the same period of time.

I lost 30 pounds when I first started. Gained almost all back. Now I’m down 20 from the original 30. That’s without following all directions. If I apply myself I’m sure I wld have achieved my goal. It’s a great product. Realizing that a lot of it is mind over matter is half the battle. Eating when your hungry not board or upset are key to remembering.
