My husband and I use Golo. It was recommended to him by our doctor. Golo has helped both of us lose weight. We do not eat as much as we used to, and hardly ever crave sugary sweets anymore. Delicious Meals and withing 5 Pounds of My Goal Weight
I have been using Golo Release since June 2023. I started with a weight of 276 Pounds and today March 22, 2024 my weight is 225 and I'm only 5 pounds from my goal weight. It started with Release and then I also purchased the Golo foods, Bison and Chicken blend a couple of times. The meals last year were ok but I stopped usimg them. In February of this year I decided o purchase meals again and WOW what an incredible improvement. Satisfied with my results

Not as easy as you’d think
At first I lost 8 pounds within 2 weeks. And then nothing. I am staying with the program, but hit a plateau and no loss since. In fact 3-4 pounds came back on. Now I fit those few pounds as they bounce off and on. A true struggle for me.

It didn’t work but got full refund after returning release capsules and literature
I tried this for a while. It simply didn’t work for me. However, they did give me a full refund for the release tablets in the literature and did so promptly. I give them credit for that.
Jamie thanks for the feedback. FYI was following the guidelines to the letter. Thanks just did not work. Conversely I began a new plan with another company and lost 5.6 lbs. the first week by again following the plan to the letter.
Again it just did not work for me.

After four back operations over the past 6 years, the last resulting in my back being fused with rods and cages my lack of mobility and depression caused me to gain a lot of weight. I was not a small man to begin with and before I knew it I was 270lbs. After my last surgery my doctor stayed on me about losing weight but for the life of me I couldn't do it. The exercise I was doing, walking my dog on the beach in the mornings, what little housework I could do and maybe washing my truck every couple of weeks was barely enough to maintain my weight but losing it was a lost cause. I had tried so many diets and pill I lost count. I had seen your adds on TV and decided I would try GOLO. I ordered 90 days worth which came in a small bottle and a big bottle. I finished the small bottle following the instructions and hadn't lost an ounce of weight. I was disappointed to say the least. I was determined to keep it up and started on the larger bottle. That's when I noticed the weight falling off. The more I lost the less pressure was on my back. Therefore I could do more. Gidieon (my dog) and I started walking farther and farther in the mornings. I was washing my truck every week and was even able to get my boat ready for the summer season. I live in a 38 foot fith wheel and it has never been cleaner. I've been able to steam the carpets, paint the ceiling and many other things that makes it a home. (Living on a fixed income isn't easy these days.) Anyway I'm down to 209lbs from 270lbs as of yesterday. Too good to be true, for every user.
Golo Release says it “may” help with such and such. Not that it “will”. It did not for me. But it did significantly raise my blood pressure. Yipes. Never had sweet cravings until I took Release. Wondered why I was still hungry after a meal. Most odd. Obviously not taking it anymore. So be cautious. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Golo sent me an email stating they are not medical professionals so they could not offer data or on my question about blood pressure.

It is unfortunate that Golo keeps their product as proprietary formula so no medical professional can offer assistance. My point…..everyone’s bodies respond differently to things. Because of their proprietary formula I will never know what it is that caused my body’s response. So folks should be prepared for that event and not bank on what Golo espouses it can/will do for you. How sad that Golo doesn’t want to understand that. Proprietary formulas and kitschy sales pitches are red flags.

The Golo was for me (his wife) I started in August 2023 and cut down on my sugar and alcohol intake. While following their meal plan and taking one tablet at each meal (instead of two) I noticed in a week that my appetite was minimized, and I felt really good. The weight started to come off slowly and I never felt hungry after meals. Finally, in February of this year, I lost a total of 35 lbs. and still losing; blood sugar and pressure are good. I’ve been on golo since beginning of…
I’ve been on golo since beginning of January and have lost zero pounds . I eliminated bread rice pasta for weeks and decreased sugars. Started at 145 and I’m still the same weight
So basically, as with ANY diet supplement, it’s really ‘watch what you eat and in moderation’ and has very little to do with a PILL.
I received a response telling me ‘they couldn’t find me ‘ and eluding I wasn’t following the regime. We registered properly , but it was under my husband Michael name .
Neither of us have found any significant benefits: following the pamphlet suggestions.
While some plans work for some body types , it doesn’t for others - just like certain medications.
It’s really all about making a commitment to a life style change and finding what works best for your specific metabolism: GOLO is not the be all end all answer to weight loss .

Golo release doesn’t work for weight…
Golo release doesn’t work for weight loss at all. But it does help control blood sugar. I don’t know what makes the company think it works on weight loss. I’ve tried it two different times now and it hasn’t worked either time.

Invasion of Privacy
The product arrived in a bright blue box with Golo prominently displayed in white letters. I live in a high-rise building where held packages can be seen by all (and the staff love to gossip). What if medications came in boxes that announced what they were?? I find this an invasion of my privacy. Amazon boxes don't announce their contents. I would appreciate the same respect from Golo.
