Not going to recommend LoanSnap!
I would have given a five star if only the process was smooth. We felt that the process of refinancing wasn’t organized and took over two months for our closing. Lots of canceling and rescheduling for closing. Process was very slow. Days and weeks we didn’t know what was going on. Had different people calling and emailing. And every time we spoke to them, seems one person didn’t know what’s going on. Justin Tanaka did responded to every questions we had but again at most days took a while or didn’t have the answers right away. To get a five star review. Maybe next time be organized, be precise, and better communication.

Really great experience
Really great experience, I have bought and sold/refinanced a number of times in the past 6 years and this was by far the smoothest and least stressful experience. Everything was taken care of. Everything went to plan and no last minute requests for redundant information.

They were fast
They were fast, but there were several missteps along the way, from being told differently how fund transfers would happen, not updating pay-offs, and inaccurate documents.

Great Experience
This was my first time refinancing our home. LoanSnap made it easier. Lauren was my primary contact, she was my first interaction with LoanSnap. I genuinely believe she made the difference in my getting through this. Granted all the staff were very courteous but Lauren is the one I went to when I had concerns. She was responsive and made me feel like I am getting straight answers to my concerns. I will reach out to Lauren and LoanSnap when I am ready to do this again.
