Company happy to take $5000 deposit with many assurances they can handle a professional project . However , they provided shoddy work with much need to revise and still produced unsatisfactory and poor work. They even asked for more money saying their credit department was asking . I had to advise them - before more money is aked they should show some deliverables . They require a lot of coaching . Basic common sense oversights and revisions needed but still unusable professionally. Weren’t even able to produce social media pages. I also had to provide my own pics many times as their choices clearly showed a lack of comprehension of the project . After months of patience and asking for my money back - they all of a sudden disappeared after promising to review and get back to me . No files were handed over or attempt to remedy which would show corporate accountability and transparency and they act elusive when clients want a resolution. They not only failed to respond but failed to return messages. They claim satisfaction guaranteed, unlimited revisions and 100% money back but do not deliver on promises and will not refund. They claim to be a much bigger company with professional designers but it was obvious they did not have the resources or skill. 3 case managers and a lack of understanding of the project. Also don’t see a HR Directory yet they claim on linked in to have 50-200 employees. Buyer Beware, seems like an outsourcing to India firm with poor designers. Much time and money lost. You will regret dealing with them for any time sensitive or professional work needed. Say good bye to your money and hello to frustration and fraudulent tactics. Over promise and underdeliver . Don’t fall for their huge discounts. They will bait you in and then the frustration commences . I hope this saves others from losing money and time . Upon investigation it appears there are many others who have experienced similar. Only option then is PayPal if your time hasn’t expired which they will try and do by stalling, credit card insurance or to sue. Good talkers , however they lack integrity and are unable to produce for professional projects and show corporate accountability. Also they don’t use project software which I find odd and have poor functionality on their sites. Very young and unseasoned . Will catch up with them if they continue to fraud clients out of their money . Clients here are starting their own businesses and just looking for work completion to launch or grow. The fact they didn’t hand over any files or complete or show a desire to honour the contract reveals who they are . They also claim on linked in to have 50-200 employees yet have no HR Directory or About Us section on their site that reveals who the CEO and Directors or Project Managers are which again is very odd.

I came across this company through Dribbble. At first, I was pretty hesitant to hire them, as should anyone be hiring strangers over the internet. However, I left a happy customer. The logos as promised were delivered within 24 hours, and a final version within around 3 days of purchase.

The only suggestion I have is it would be nice to somehow streamline the process. Maybe through a Microsoft Teams chat or something. Overall, I am happy and I would use their services again.

This is the worse company that I ever hired to work on my app.. they took my money and never completed the project.. I don't recommend them for anyone!
