I was sceptical at first seeing the prices and limited reviews for GoLounge, we took the chance and paid via PayPal. Ordering was easy and the communication from GoLounge was excellent throughout. Sofas arrived within 2 weeks of ordering, i was surprised at how fast delivery was given we live in an AB postcode and so far they feel good quality. We will be returning customers as we like the look of a few beds. Cheers GoLounge.

Few small issues with delivery which made me think this was a scam. But this was sorted and good comms from Adam.

Ordered my Htach comer sofa in plus velvet cream and its amazing, delivery got a bit delayed than expected which made me sad but when it was delivered I fell in love with my new sofa. It looks amazing in my living room

My sofa arrived today and am over the moon with it its exactly like described , I got the olivia in a silver plush velvet :) delivery was quick took 2 weeks and the delivery drivers set up my sofa and made sure I was happy with it really helpful and friendly , the stool was slightly too big for the room but was quick too sort out :) thanks guys would recommend this company too anybody looking for a new sofa , would use again in future if needed

From start to finish it was a great experience. We had our sofa made and delivered within 3 days. The quality is unbelievable and the price cannot be beaten in the UK. The delivery team were brilliant and so helpful.

I ordered a sofa I never received email confirmation and still haven’t to this day. Sofa was delivered but the cushions were missing. I asked for cushions to be sent or for partial refund. Adam informed me he would send cushions, never arrived and now not answering me. Sofa is okay but not completely the same as pictured. Delivery men didn’t help unpack etc as stated they would they asked me for £60 to do do. Basic sofa. I suppose you get what you pay for but wouldn’t recommend or buy from again

Great service with questions answered quickly helping me choose the right sofa. I explained I was concerned about delivery as we are on the first floor of an old building and was assured this would not be a problem with the sofa I had ordered. It stated on the website it would be delivered to the room and assembled. My partner was away so it was an important part of the buying decision. I had a call on Tuesday saying the delivery was booked for the Wednesday. Around 1pm I was called to say delivery would be 6.30pm. Although later than I would have liked , I agreed. . I did not hear from them until 8pm where they told me they were delayed and expecting to be with me at 9.30pm. Again being alone was not comfortable with this but wanted my sofa. They arrived just after 9.30pm and did not want the hassle of getting it up the stairs, even though I explained how and that we had taken a longer sofa out that way the night before. They asked if a man was in the house , then constant moaning that it was too much to get it up the stairs. I helped to pull it over the bannister , took off all the wrapping then when they wanted to go asked how to assemble as I thought that was part of the delivery service. The younger guy did help me by slotting it together but even then I was being constantly asked to put my postcode in his phone. I had offered drinks, but was then asked for ‘paper’ .. I wasn’t 100% sure what he meant but then realised he meant cash. I explained I didn’t have cash in the house . Taken aback I asked for bank details to transfer something then instantly worried it didn’t feel right. I ran upstairs to grab £20 from an emergency fund to give them. Shook up I called my family and partner who then called Go Lounge the next day to say this service was not acceptable . Adam called him back that afternoon to basically say I was lying. We do not care about the £20, I would have happily paid more to say thank you for getting my sofa set up for me. The sofa is beautiful and it is such a shame this experience has ruined all the work done by Go Lounge.

After a few little bumps in the roads this company came through with there customer service. They have gone above and beyond to sort the situation out. We are very pleased and in love with our beautiful Sloane Double corner sofa. Thank you very much golounge team for your help.

Delivery was with the specified delivery times and the two guys that delivered my new new sofa ( Baz and Ifu) were amazing they had a couple difficult things to over come getting the sofa to my flat, they done this showing their expertise and knowledge.

Ordered the Sloane Sofa and it is soooo big,super comfy and great quality! Had fantastic service from start to finish, I emailed to ask for price as the size of sofa I wanted wasn’t on the website and there was a number for WhatsApp so messaged on there and got fantastic price also I live on an island so wasn’t sure if they would deliver here but nothing was a problem to them, got a great price for delivery and sofa was ready within the 2 week timescale, Adam was amazing and answered all my questions and there were a lot haha but he was so nice and helpful! Sofa is HUGE and so so comfy u sink in I still can’t believe the size and quality for such a great price! All my family and friends love it and can’t believe the price and are going to get one too it’s honestly the most beautiful sofa and compared to my last sofa from dfs that was double the price the Sloane from Go Lounge is stunning it’s so much comfier and much better quality!! If ur looking for a new sofa I would honestly recommend them to everyone and already have so don’t hesitate as they r Superb! Thanks so much again Adam😍🥰😘xxx

We thought this was a scam at first …. But it wasn’t ! A sofa made in the UK , delivered to our door , custom size and at a fraction of the cost of the competition!

We had a dreadful experience with Dusk recently so were very sceptical of trusting another on line retailer .However after reading the 5 star reviews and doing a bit of research we decided on purchasing our Olivia sofa from Go Lounge.It was refreshing to actually speak to someone from their company who could talk us through the various options, and at competitive prices.We were able to have our sofa and footstool designed and made to measure to fit our new extension which was an added bonus.It's very refreshing to have this level of customer service . True to their word it was made and delivered within 10 days. My only comment is that the sofa is a little firm but as we've only had it one day I'm sure it will soften over time . After requesting some free swatches , we opted for the luxury plush velvet in black which hopefully will stand the test of time. Thank you GoLounge we are very impressed and would recommend your company to our friends and family .

Very fortunate that I choose to buy from golounge after spending almost two weeks on deciding where to buy my new sofa. The price was great and quality was tremendous. Happy to recommend anyone
