NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT
I ordered an engraved necklace the beginning of January and told 3 business days to ship. After not receiving I emailed them. Was then told they were closed for Chinese N Year and would return February 2nd. Emailed a week after that and was told would put on priority. Still never received product and when checking with the order number they provided it said order number wrong and no email address associated with account. They had ran my credit card early January for this.

I RECENTLY ORDERED A SILVER NECKLACE WITH A PICTURE ENGRAVED ON IT FOR A FRIEND WHO'S SON PASSED AWAY. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE PRODUCT 1. U CAN BARELY SEE THE PICTURE ENGRAVED ON IT UNLESS U HOLD IT JUST RIGHT!. 2. THE PICTURE LOOKS LIKE REAL CRAP. ONE PERSON HAS GLASSES ON IN THE ORIGINAL PICTURE BUT ON THE NECKLACE SHE ONLY HAS GLASSES ON 1 EYE AND HER SON IS BARELY VISIBLE. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT NORMALLY ORDER THINGS ONLINE. VERY VERY POOR PRODUCT. IN ADDITION THEY HAVE YET TO REPLY TO MY EMAIL! This is an addition..today it had been 5 days and still no reply from them! Update 1/31..still no reply from them. I checked and I am not the only one complaining
