Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery. Delivered my Altantak with missing parts. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a delivery date for when the parts will be delivered. Had remindered to pay the invoice.
1. They only sent mails from noreply accounts.
2. Over 40mins waiting on calls to speak to representatives.
3. Don't reply to email questions.
Horrible company to deal with. I would avoid strongly. I will not use them again.
UPDATE
No replies to my emails. no phone calls. but First thing the next day, and they can find the time to reply to my negative TrustPilot comment.

For cycles or other storage?
Overall the item works however, I should have purchased the cycle-store, which is slightly larger as I use the storage for two adult cycles that do fit, but only just after some adjusting; the larger, more expensive cabinet would have been better, my mistake. The instructions that came with were good as was the overall packaging, and quality of the product.

Nothing bad and nothing remarkable
Just like any other online store. Easy to place an order and easy to get in contact with customer support. They shipped the order 2-3 days later and they responded to my email the next day when I asked about the delivery date.

Worst delivery service i have ever experienced
Made the order for 3 items on January the first. Today it's the 30th and i'm still missing one item, the other two items took 2 weeks to deliver.
The missing item was a magnet strip for the bathroom, instead I received a huge water boiler. Called customer support and after 20 minutes in que they fixed for the boiler to be returned. But I'm still missing the magnet strip.
