Mixed review because I genuinely LOVE this company’s products. However, having got into a good skincare routine they went through a looong revamp, now are often out of stock, and no longer making a number of products that worked really well. I think their cleanser is fantastic and on a par with bigger expensive brands quality wise - but then two out of the three I’ve ordered cracked and leaked about a third of the product all over my sink. So by that point you do think perhaps I should just buy a slightly more expensive product I know will stay in one piece. Great skincare but the reliability is lacking.

I really love the products from this brand but the customer service side really lets them down. Firstly, they went through a revamp & wouldnt update their customers. Some us had to wait over a year before we could buy from them again. Now they have sold out and its beginning to look like the same issue, I have emailed on several occasions to ask when they will restock but have yet to receive a response. It really is such a shame because the products are good. But will have to find an alternative at this rate.

I ordered a bottle of the cleanser and it cracked when squeezed so all the cleanser spilled out. I asked for a refund and was sent a replacement instead. The replacement bottle has also cracked and customer service refused to refund me, offering another replacement instead.

I’m still trying to pursue a refund with them but they don’t seem to be able to reply to emails within an appropriate timescale. I initially emailed asking for a refund 11 days ago, I’m awaiting a response from my latest email. Totally unacceptable.

Love love love everything about this product and company. I've used Sunday products right from the start and would not use anything else.

Have been waiting for your products a long while. Finally back and I must say life without made by Sunday was dull.
Fully bright now have been using again for a week and things are looking great.

I have used madebySunday before they made their return in 2023. I love their products because of the natural sourced ingredients and they actually work! So I was so excited for them to return and purchase my favourite super serum along with the new basic b*tch serum and toner :)

I was sooo close to running out of my super serum when you reappeared! My last order was 2 bottles about a year ago so I have just ordered/received another 2 to see me well into next year.Still loving everything about this product..the texture,colour smell,of course the efficacy and the blue bottle is lovely 🤩 I was however a bit peeved to have paid the delivery fee and the day it arrived,very promptly, my friend received an email offering free delivery!! Naughty 😏

I'll never not buy from this company 20 out of 10 products and service x

I have a sensitive skin and tried several branded skincare but it didn’t helped at all.
Seen this brand in instagram post, good reviews and positives feedbacks. Very doubtful because they are oils.
Well, now my skin is glowing with no pimples compared my previous skin with sensitive, dry flaky with pimples. Love this products very much. ❤️❤️

Bought a few things from here the super serum face oil is just amazing I decided to try all about the fur which works great for me and spot gun I have never used before you can see the difference over night after 1 use

I ordered the “Let it Glow” set which cost £85.00 . When it was delivered by Royal Mail it was In a plastic bag with a “sorry for damage” around the box.
The glass bottles inside were all smashed and the oils had leaked all over the cardboard box.
Whilst I realise this was probably Royal Mails fault , I was told by our local post office to contact the supplier .
This is where it has been a nightmare ,
I have phoned the number on there website at least ten times to no avail and emailed them constantly for the last two days . Not one reply and nobody answering the landline ( you can leave a voicemail but don’t bother as nobody will call you back )
So now I have £85.00 of smashed bottles and a box covered in oils .
Awful customer service from Made by Sunday . And absolutely will never purchase of them again .

Dreadful been ignored! Haven't received order want a full refund

Super luxury feeling products at an amazing price, my skin feels softer and I’ll definitely be buying again! Also love the packaging and the fact they’re vegan :)

I had a free consultation after seeing several social media adverts for Made By Sunday. This led me to buying the oil to milk cleanser & basic b**** serum for my rosacea skin.

Unfortunately, after several weeks of use, my skin was becoming worse with more irritation, itchiness and redness. This particularly appeared to be exacerbated by the serum. Would not recommend for rosacea prone skin. I went to a pharmacy for a consultation and now my skin is healing.

I have left 2* as the products are at a decent price point. But, unfortunately, I don’t think they should be offering consultations with what appear to be people with no dermatological qualifications? Apologies if I am incorrect. But, the products weren’t appropriate for my skin. & when you do have a condition such as rosacea; they should probably recommend you don’t buy their products as they aren’t suitable for my skin type.

Love the product. But not happy to see you’re greenwashing with your packaging.

I had really high hopes for the Basic B*tch serum, but I'm so disappointed! It doesn't sink into my skin, but rather sits on top, so that when I apply makeup it comes off in little bits all over my face and feels horrible. The Lit face oil is quite nice, but overall I doubt I'll be back for anything.
