Misclassification of funds, unlawful restriction of winnings, and account closure issues
I am reporting serious issues with the online casino Gomblingo:
I received a €30 no-deposit bonus, which I fully used and exhausted.
I then deposited €60 twice and placed all subsequent bets using real money.
My balance legitimately exceeded €700, but the platform repeatedly and inconsistently reclassified my real money as bonus funds, applied wagering conditions retroactively, and imposed a withdrawal cap, reducing my balance to €150.
Prior to this, I had requested the closure of my account, which was ignored. Only after submitting complaints was the account closed without notice.
As a result, approximately €520–€570 of legitimately earned funds were restricted due to the platform’s inconsistent behavior.
I have contacted the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and AskGamblers support, but the casino has not provided a satisfactory resolution.
I advise caution to anyone considering this platform. There appears to be a serious risk of misclassification of funds, unclear bonus rules, and lack of proper account closure procedures.
