Avoid at all costs!!!

Never had an experience like that before with an online shop.

It felt a little sketchy in the first place that they don't offer PayPal-payment and payment is only possible via credit- / debitcard and GoPay, but to support a great youtuber who puts much time and effort into his videos, I decided to order anyway.

The whole order process is luckily very intuitive, despite the bad translations and many forwarding-links which don't work.

The timeframe for the delivery was actually acceptable though. "Only" seven days, but the shock came right after..

The print on the Hoodie was totally incomplete. Letters were missing, edges have been cut, the whole logo was devastated.

And then the trouble began..

Regarding my first complaint I got no answer, except for the automatic one in slovak.

I found out that there are actually two e-mails for this shop, so I decided to send my second message to both of them.

Finally I got an answer from a real human being (I suppose..). A mix of wild gibberish and the information that my package seems to be delivered (oh,..no s#&$ ?).

They didn't even look at the attached pictures.

A few e-mails later they offered me to return the product on my costs. As I insisted that I'm not willing to pay even more for this defective product they send me and pleased them to send me a return label, they told me that, quote: "this is not an option".

After my sixth (!) e-mail they offered me to use their "special code" for free shipping. Finally,.. I thought..

Oh boy was I wrong..

After telling them that there's no possibility to use this anywhere on their site, they just sent me a picture of the same site where there's no possibility to use it..

Later on I found out that this "special code" was just a number that should be on the label for the packet-forwarders they are working with, so that they know where to send the packets afterwards.

Eight mails, one month later and I now had to start a complicated VISA-charge-back process to get my money back.

Be careful!
