I ordered an iphone paid everything and gave all my data but they just canceled my order without any reason. This was very bas experience.

Update: Gomibo contacted me and made me a new offer with the same condition as before. I think they did a good support but why not from the beginning. So im updating my rating to reflect the improved service.

Initially, I had a frustrating experience with my order (Order #32135791735) placed on the 26th of September 2024, which didn't arrive until well past the expected date. The communication during the delay was poor, and I was very unhappy with the service.

However, after posting my review, Gomibo reached out to me and took steps to compensate for the inconvenience. Their follow-up and customer service to resolve the issue were appreciated, and they were able to make things right in the end.

While the initial delay was frustrating, I’m pleased with the outcome and their willingness to make amends. I hope future customers have a smoother experience.

First time order with Gomibo and no regrets at all. Order placed on Tues and shipment delivered to Malta by courier arrived Friday (free delivery charges btw). Also very prompt, helpful customer service - the delivery address required correction due to error in data entry on my side and they immediately replied and applied the change.

I have bought 2 mobile phones this month. Express shipment 1-3 days, no damaged boxes. Everything was easy and smooth.

Was supposed to receive my order on Monday. It’s now Wednesday and nothing…
I’ve emailed but got no response…

I ordered sumsung S23 Fe. Tye battery goes down like crazy. Now when I want to return product it somehow offers me to return fir repair. I don't need repair I want to return it as I ordered it only week ago.

Based on my experience, Gomibo was one of the worst service providers I have dealt with since I came here. If you want to know the details, you can contact me. First of all, I purchased the Mobile on 29.03, and I have paid the required amount. They advised me that I would wait for a week, but the failed process took till 9 of Mai.
Second of all, they made a big mistake and they were blaming O2 for it. They treated me very badly not once but more than 3 times, and one of the agents hung up the call while I was talking to her. They kept on promising me great compensation, and because of them I paid an extra 70 euros out of my pocket as I was misinformed with false dates and promises. Thirdly, they canceled the contract and the phone and didn't either give me good compensation or a good deal other than what they ruined
I hate you GOMIBO.

I wasn't at all sure about buying from the UK after Brexit, but I had absolutely no issues. I contacted support who confirmed that the price advertised on the UK site ..gomibo.co.uk/ included UK VAT, duties etc. My phone was dispatched same day, and delivered by UPS next day with no extra charges
