Completely unreliable, no customer service at all

They faked to gave the tyres to GLS with fake tracking numbers, the courier never withdraw the deliveries and didn't know where they are.
Communication only by email which they did not answer.
Totally unreliable.

The answer they gave as reply is totally without reference to my complain. They will not help at all to track the delivery and they don't reply to your questions

Il su ordine risultato pagato con bonifico bancario in data 05/09/22 e affidato al corriere il giorno successivo ,la merce ci risulta consegna .

Very bad experience - Delayed deliveries + Old DOT

Upon specific request I asked leadtime for delivery and DOT.
The staff replied that leadtime is maximun 6/7 days and DOT is not older than 18 months as psecified in their website.
Well, the delivery occurred after 12 days but the most reprehensible behaviour is DOT 5017, which means 31 months after production. Unbelievable.
Very low satisfaction
Customer Services never reply directly but recall after few hours so it's impossible to manage the claim.
Very bad experience

Le è stato proposto il ritiro della merce e l'invio di pneumatici con Dot più. recente , proposta che lei rifiutata in quanto aveva deciso di montare lo stesso gli pneumatici .

Le abbiamo proposto uno sconto per venirle incontro ma lei ha deciso che la somma non fosse congrua ed ha raddoppiato in modo del tutto ingiustificato la cifra da noi proposta .

Tenere la merce e minacciare di fare azioni legali e di fare recensioni negative al solo scopo di ottenere uno sconto da lei arbitrariamente deciso è un gioco al quale non partecipiamo .

Hello. I bought weals almost 2 weeks ago, for 2’cars. For the moment I have received only Ilfov one and have no information about other weals. No one answers phone and email.
