After 6 months, I have a decided opinion that this service is raunchy. Telephony sounds like the first IP calls 20+ years ago. Most of the conversations were unintelligible and just made both parti... See more

Gomo deceptive 2 step cancellation process
Terrible service when wanting to cancel the account.
Requested an immediate cancellation on line in November, two days later I received an email to ask why I was cancelling. As I did not respond to this email, gomo kept my account open and has continued to charge me.
I have asked for a refund of the December payment and for my account to be closed immediately. I was told I’ll be charged another month before this happens. I haven’t used this number in months.
Terrible service

Not worth it, they provide a very limited serivce. When finally moving to a proper network, gomo refued to transfer the number dragging me into the next billing cycle so I have to pay €25 for a full month with no service, very annoying, when I contact customer service they said 'the bill is valid'
What a scam
If possible, I would give even 0. First, their site is tricking you. They said "ALL DATA" but, in reality, the high-speed data is limited to 120 GB. Then it drops drastically and it's impossible to use. Moreover, activate your sim at the start of the month, otherwise, they will charge you the entire month anyway, even if you use their services for just a week.
Really, what a joke
Rude, poorly trained customer service staff
Absolutely awful customer service. Support staff are rude and have very poor technical understanding of the service they provide support for.

Charged me 30 euro for a 15 minute English call from Ireland was not a issue through my 4 years of using them and they won’t fix the bill or alter it , customer service agent ended the live chat on me while explaining the situation. Would avoid
DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! They won't send me a code to verify my current number so I can use my current number with my new sim. No customer service number, useless service 0 out of 10. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting a refund

With them over a year no issues 5* Great value and used GOMo world in Europe and found it great.
Great experience with changing over
Great experience with changing over. Ordered a sim card, arrived two business days later. Scheduled my number to move through my account. It failed the first time and I got onto CS chat, while waiting to speak to an agent, I tried again and it was successful and instant. Ashleigh, the agent confirmed the move and was very helpful. All set up now. Coverage in my area looks good (I did check comreg before moving). 5G indoors is okay speed wise. Delighted I changed over. Going to save me a fortune.

Had to pay 15 for sim card ,then another 15 to activate it, then a further 15 to use it .. service is shocking and not a lot from customer service... stay away from them 🤬
Very Happy with our GoMo
Great provider we all 7 have GoMo in our house at €9.99 per month and no problems with it. My son was in UK and had a problem with Data so just went into chat with an agent on a Sunday and we got it sorted no problems at all,
Would highly recommend if you are thinking about switching move to GoMo

It’s so frustrating trying to contact Gomo by the only means (TEXT PING PONG) if you have all day to waste

I have been with GoMo since their launch day. I have 3 SIMS for family and I am about to buy a 4th SIM for my youngest.
I have never had any issues with the service or billing.

The SIM card alone is €15 and you will have to pay another €15 to activate the monthly subscription. Straight away I m already down €30.
Failed to switch my number over to GoMo after numerous attempts.
Finally I give up and accepted my €30 is gone.
Don't be fooled by the GoMo advertisement.
Disaster from the outset
Disaster from the outset. Signed up with gomo on the 18th of August. Due to be operational at 0935 this morning, didn't happen so contacted them and they requested the same information again which I submitted. They then stated it would be operational at 11.48. Didn't happen, made contact again and got a new time of 1425. Hadn't worked, barred from making voice calls and can't contact them. Really bad service, now have to look for another supplier, just hope I can get my money back.
Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs!! They were charging me for a data roaming call that I did not make and there was no proof on my bill and I got told I legally had to pay for this call and the customer service is terrible
I've two sim card which should be…
I've two sim card which should be €29.98 monthly but on 9th of Jun they took €29.98 plus €44.00. So, they took money from my account twice. Since then, I've 31 emails asking for my money back and they keep sending nonsense email asking me fill up a form which I've filled 2 times bit never get feedback and this month I decided not pay my bill cancelling the direct debit and sent email for them saying that I won't pay any money till I get my money took illegally from my account back and they send me email telling that they will interrupt my service.
So, be careful with this company.
All I have ever had was a great…
All I have ever had was a great experience with Gomo. I signed up a couple years ago when there was a 12.99 for life deal and it still only costs 12.99 a month. I also upgraded my mobile data to 5G and my internet speed is usually 30 to 40 mbps now, that's megabits/second. There are 8 megabits in a MegaByte. So, 5 MegaBytes/second is pretty good, although I was expecting higher speeds after reading that I'm supposed to get much higher internet speeds, but I looked it up and apparently the speed can be decreased if you're indoors because the insulation/walls block the signal. I looked on their map thing where they show the areas that receive 5G and I am in the area where 5G is. The speed does seem to be higher if I set my phone by an open window. There does seem to be quite a noticeable increase in speed, compared to before I upgraded to 5G mobile data. The quality of the phone calls has always been fine. If I have ever sent GoMo a message, they usually reply quickly. I would definitely recommend GoMo. I just now took an internet speed test with my phone next to an open window, to measure my mobile data download/upload speed, and the download speed is "34.30 megabits/second", upload speed is "19.58 megabits/second".
They robbed me.
Rang customer services to stop the service, everything was cancelled down to my knowledge. I was running through my bank statements over 6 months later (due to needing those statements for a credit agreement) to realise GoMo was never cancelled. With the bill being only €15 a month it went unrecognised, but still cost me €90 when it should be cancelled. I rang their CS team to be told it was never cancelled, they will cancel it now, but they will not refund. Great! Didn't even bother to look into it, just a simple, "we are keeping your money, what are you going to do about it?". AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
You pay for what you get
Terrible customer service I have had no phone service for over 2 weeks. They have sent me 2 different sims and a 3rd on the way. When I entered the puk no for the sim it wouldn't work. I am unable to change to another network using my number because I can't receive messages. My advice is to stay away !
