Very fast and easy to work with. I have had Leaseplan (parent) earlier and they are highly professional so I am not worried about my customer experience

Fantastic proactive service and take actions directly if you need anything.

The concept is too good. However all rights are reserved for owner of the car since he has process to follow and it is he who completes all process. I suggest to give read access to all photos and contract deal that renter signs. This will give more confidence to renter since he knows what he signed and pre-condition of the car before renting. It is just a suggestion and not the experience. I also suggest to give option for return as well similar to pickup point. Whether the owner can pickup car from the convenient location of the renter. It helps renter in commuting further to his destination especially in the city which is unknown to him.

Most importantly, their customer support is friendly and quick to respond in case of a problem.

I’ve been renting out my car to neighbours for a couple of weeks now and it really works great. Sharing economy at its best. Everyone renting my car have all been very nice and responsible people.

I've always had good experiences with GoMore. Just now I had a problem with getting charged unreasonably from renter, but GoMore where super good at handling the situation.

Excellent customer service. Quick answers and a problem-solving attitude. Gives advice on things even out of their domain if they cannot help directly.

Answering phone calls fast and very kind and good service from all I’ve talked to so far about leasing. Easy and understandable website and really good that it shows the price with all included from the start for leasing.

I have had my Tesla now for 2 months and it has been a nice experience.

Had some problems with the var i was suppose to rent, and GoMore was there with me all the way and helped with everything! So precessional and helpful!

The website was easy to understand and use. Customer service were helpful and kind.
Would probably be able to give a more detailed review if they didnt cancel my car with less then 15 hours notice with the compensation of "150points/kr for your next rental". Derailed our plans horribly at the last minute giving us no chance to get another car nearby since most of the 9 seaters were taken by that point. Ended up not being able to go on the trip:)

Be sure you check carefully the amount they are withdrawing. Apparently they charge extra fees that are not included in the Terms of Contract or anywhere else.
When asked where these fees come from they don't give any satisfactory answer.
So, just be careful. Or better go for other more honest apps.

So far really nice. Good price for a Tesla model 3. Not sure why I have both GoMore and LeasePlan between myself and Tesla but I got very nice service from both :)

My car was crashed by the renter during the rental period. Now, it will take 4-5 days to fix it at the workshop and I cannot have a rental car from their insurance company. While they publicize that all their rentals come with full insurance with a 7500 SEK claiming fee, they don't offer a rental car. I requested GoMore about the rental car, and they said that they don't offer it and instead offered 450 gomore points to rent a car on their own website to make more money themselves. For 4 days, my own car on gomore costs 1750 SEK or gomore points, so I'm not happy with their way of dealing with the customers. I now regret renting out my car there and for all the friends that I spread the word about gomore to.
