Didn't work. Installed and activated for Turkey, but no signal there at all. Had to buy another eSim and the one from Virgin worked fine.

Solomons Islands eSIM never worked for me, even in the capital Honiara

No real customer service
The eSIM worked initially, but then stopped working. I contacted customer support multiple times and, every time, received essentially the same generic troubleshooting instructions. I followed all of the suggested steps, but the problem remained. What was particularly frustrating was that nobody seemed to actually investigate my account or respond to the specific issue I was experiencing. It all seemed cut and paste or AI generated. As a result, I was only able to use a fraction of the data I had paid for. Based on my experience with both the service and the customer support, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Edit after response: Who is Gracie? Glad to know she had success with her esim in the US but not really related to my issues.
On the plus side, GoMo refunded me credit for the Sim a couple of weeks later after many emails.

The purchase flow is broken
The purchase flow is broken. Every attempt to buy returns an error and fails.
I already tried everything on my end: deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in. Same error each time.
That's why it's 2 stars. It's not a complaint about design or features; it's that a paying customer can't pay.
I eventually completed the purchase through your website without any problem, so the issue seems specific to the in-app checkout rather than my account or payment method.
Fix the checkout error and I'll happily revise the review.
