Too much marketing
Today, 03.05.25 got first class for power breathing excercise. The technique was good. Hopefully it would help me n other participants. But whats annoying is too much of marketing n unnecessary talk. Hope this would b attended to otherwise its digging mount hill for the mouse so as to say because of this unnecessary talk what would have been explained and done within an hour is taking trible the time that too during morning hours when we would otherwise have relaxed morning or that extra sleep
