At GoNetspeed, we believe in the power of connectivity. We believe that providing the fastest and most reliable Internet to the communities we serve means committing to the present and building for the future. We know tomorrow will bring more devices and more ways to connect. For most of us, it’s not the technology that matters, it’s what it allows us to do in our life, our work, our family. That’s why we’re here. Our promise is to provide the best internet and voice available. That means building fiber, supporting DSL where it exists, and being transparent about what’s possible. We’re dedicated to providing the communities we serve in Maine, Alabama, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and West Virginia, with the best service out there.

They came and trenched fiber, put in a Nokia modem that is not the best (undocumented and dumbed down explanations, ie bridge mode). It took a while to plumb through their tiers of tech support and some programmer boards to get the tech skinny, but I got it and now it works rock solid.
The service is fast, low latency and very reliable, or at least in Connecticut. The price they market at is the same as what they bill, no funny business. They also honor their discounts and don't need to be constantly chased like truant school kids "trying it on" (ie, cable companies). I can safely put them on auto-pay.
SUMMARY: They are honest and good. The polar opposite of most of their competitors.
By contrast, Frontier (which went bankrupt), Xfinity and Comcast are truly awful with beyond bad customer service: waiting for hours to talk to scripted human bots in offshore tropical slums who are useless and with limited English.
The others also upsell / lie and then bill your card far more than the slick sales spiel and fake prices aka "hook and reel them in". Avoid them at all costs or go to 5G like most people under 40. All you are doing is subscribing to a raging hassle, having your bank account raided with nasty surprises (their real business model once they have the data) and mental harm.
