Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a Paiste planetary gong. I ordered it on Black Friday, and I guess they had a glitch in the system and the gong I ordered was not available. Ali, Andrew, and the Gongs unlimited team responded so fast. They were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the gongs, and guided me towards another planetary gong. I'm still in the process of waiting for my gong, but I am so grateful that these gong enthusiasts, lovers, sacred keepers of the gongs are doing this work. Thank you again Gongs Unlimited. Exceptional packaging, product and customer service
This is not the first time purchasing from gongs unlimited. I am always satisfied with the product and the customer service. This time it was a gong stand, a refurbished one, so I didn’t have high expectations but the stands looks as good as new, just like they promised on the description. I finally received the bag they said…
I finally received the bag they said they would send me. It is very nice, well padded with easy to carry handles. However, it is the wrong size for the gong stand that I ordered. It sticks out about 5 inches, therfore I can't close it. The outside pocket is too small for the cross bar.

I am a repeat customer to Gongs…
I am a repeat customer to Gongs Unlimited. I have found their products to be of excellent quality. I would add excellent customer service despite the fact that I have not needed to speak with anyone directly! But their assembly instructions are succinct and they have videos that show clearly what their instruments sound like. In my mind this is also a type of customer service in that you can purchase equipment with some certainty that you will not be disappointed. They ship promptly and their items are well-packed.

I have received incomplete order
I have received incomplete order: among the items ordered and paid there was only 1 piece of Biosonics Otto tuner 128 Hz instead of 2.
This was my first purchase at Gongs Unlimited. The mistake was confirmed by the seller’s side.
I highly appreciate Gongs Unlimited high standards, beautiful customer service and high quality products they offer: I got immediate feedback and perfect solution to the problem.
They are truly awesome! Will definitely return to Gongs Unlimited online shop for more purchases!

As we have replied in two emails to you, we accidentally did not ship one of these tuners. You ordered about 6 or 7 tuning forks, and most were just 1, only this style was 2 and we unfortunately made a mistake. I was the person who made that mistake!!! We are shipping this second one, that we forgot to ship today, once we heard from you via email, we immediately put it on the packing list and it is going today. We are humble. We are sorry for our error. The idea of causing more pain for humanity on any level causes us pain and exhaustive sadness. Five people are involved rectifying this situation to ease your anguish and make sure this item is on the way. We love you and want you to feel good soon. Thank you.
Shipping costs were very high
Shipping costs were high. And it took a while for it to get to me. I realized I needed to order a few more parts after getting it. I was about to order a few small items again, but the shipping prices were outrageous for such small items. I ordered them from Sweetwater and saved $15.
Edit - I believe the shipping costs for my initial order were appropriate. I was more disappointed by the shipping costs for my follow up order, which I cancelled. I was about to order 6 gong hooks. The shipping was just too much for those 6 hooks so I went with Sweetwater. How much could I have saved if I just ordered those 6 hooks with the first order? I don’t know. I will try to be more careful next time.

Ah yes Daniel. This may happen when you put in a few small items into our miraculous shipping cart, which uses an AI, that is Artificial Intelligence, that imagines what size box we might use. If there are a lot of small things, it can imagine a much greater ship cost that it actually is. We usually catch these when we see the ship cost when we look at order. I asked my shipping dept to do a deep dive on your order to make sure we did not miss anything. We did not. You ordered several Gibraltar tubes - one of which was 36" required a box that was a 41x9x9 inches. So to be perfectly transparent, you were charged 19.06 for shipping. We were charged 15.30 by Fedex. The box cost us 3.47 that is 18.77. not including tape and paper. The cc and ecommerce fees are about 3% so 3 % of 19.06 = 57 cents 18.77 +.57 = 19.34 which means, not including any employee time we lost 28 cents on shipping to you. We are a small business, not a giant beast like Sweetwater, which recently sold for 1 BILLION DOLLARS. we do the best we can and offer great service. And items like Gibraltar parts which are sold everywhere have very little profit margin. But we understand your outrage, and thank you for your two stars, at least we got some stars from you.
