Excellent trip with Go North Campers again, absolutely everything you could need in your van. Excellent customer service at pick up and drop off.
Very clean.
This was our 3rd trip and wont be our last!

Renting a campervan was super easy with Go North Campers. The pricing was very clear and there were no additional charges. Communication with the team was easy and they respond promptly to messages. I've only had pleasant interactions with Jennifer, Nick and Neil from the Go North team.

Despite losing one of their campervans, my booking largely unaffected and I appreciate what the Go North team has done. My mum and I did NC500 and the Isle of Skye and it was an amazing experience.

Just returned from a week with a Go North camper van, we were more than happy with the service and use of the van. The van on collection was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your camping experience, we were both novice motor homes users before this, but the whole experience has got us planning for more motor home experiences.
The staff at Go North are so friendly and helpful and very responsive to messages while away.
The pricing is very clear and no additional costs other than additional drivers.
We slept like logs through the whole week, we cooked every day on the gas hob and did not eat out.
The NC500 has us hooked and so much more to see, we will be booking again next year and will most definitely be coming back to Go North

We have literally just dropped our van back at Go North HQ in Elgin after an amazing three weeks exploring the North coast of Scotland with our two children and our dog.

Right from when we enquired and booked the team at Go North have been extremely friendly and helpful.

The van had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised by how much storage space there was too. It was home for three weeks and we were a bit sad to say goodbye today.

We will definitely hire from Go North again when we come back to visit some of the islands off the North Coast. We highly recommend this fabulous company!

This was a booking originally made in 2019 for the summer of 2020. Of course we all know what happened in early 2020! Throughout the process GoNorth have been exemplary and I would not hesitate to use them again.
They honoured orginal pricing and allowed us to defer for 2 years.
At every stage in the process the team of Nick, Neil and Jennifer were informative, helpful, fun and responsive.
The van conversions are ideal for rentals and the gear inside provided everything we needed for our week around the highlands.
Can't really recommend them more highly - great guys and great value for money.

Seamless experience!
Having booked a few months back we got sent a useful induction video to watch which answered any questions we had about the van. Communication was great ans the van itself had everything we needed for a memorable week in the highlands. Keep up the good work guys and we hope you have a busy summer :) 2 happy campers!

Easy to book, excellent communication and tips. Had a wee problem the first night with the alarm going off but was soon advised to lock the door with the button on the drivers door instead of the key. Had 5 nights away with our dog and had a great time, the weather was kind to us. Great fuel economy as well which was a bonus when we went to fill up. At first thought not much room for storage but was amazing what you could pack away in all the nooks & crannies. Plus the fridge held a lot more than first thought. This was a taster to see if we wanted to convert our VW and not disappointed, can't recommend Go North highly enough.

Go North, have been a wonderful company to deal with. Their van was very well equipped and easy to use. Their standard of service was second to none. A really big thank you to all the gang.

We would not hesitate to recommend Go North Campers to anyone. The van and its contents provided us with everything we needed to make our holiday run smoothly. The booking and collection of the van was easy and friendly and its comfortable and easy to drive. Even when the weather was wet and windy we were safe inside nice and warm and dry.

From the first contact the level of communication was excellent, keeping us informed of developments around COVID and being really flexible with booking arrangements. The van itself was tip-top and the video explaining how to use equipment and set up was a real bonus. As a VW driver it was handy to have a very similar dashboard but even so the Transporter was really good to drive. To be fair we didn’t do much cooking in the van but when we did it was all fine. As expected we had some proper rain but we had no problems with leeks or anything else. And we even got to use the folding table and chairs supplied, so all good! Definitely recommend Go North for anyone wanting a good quality experience.

Amazing communication from everyone at GoNorth Campers throughout the entire process, from booking, the lead up to the trip and during the trip itself. A 10 minute induction video prior to arrival is extremely helpful for understanding everything the van can offer and how to use it. We landed early in Inverness (9am) so requested an early pick up, which was facilitated superbly, as well as meeting us with the van at the train station to begin our trip from Elgin. Staff are very genuine and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for more from them in making our NC500 trip so memorable. The van had many essentials already, such as washing up liquid, soap, wipes, with added extras such as matches and sat nav. If doing the NC500 be sure to ask for their tips and guides prior to arrival. Couldn’t recommend GoNorth Campers enough and if we come back we will definitely use them again!

Originally made my booking in lock down and had to rearrange it twice and go north were very understanding and accommodating so a huge thank you for that.
Day of arrival and van pick up.super easy few checks and put deposit down and off you go in a super clean fantastic VW camper van. Everything inside that you will need lovely to drive and comfortable to sleep in.wish it was my van and I didn’t have to give it back. This is a 100% customer feedback you can not ask for a better company to hire a camper van from if you are travelling around Scottish highlands the VW is a great size to manoeuvre the very tight NC500 roads. I would definitely use and recommend this company great vans great staff easy to pick up and drop off .

Had a Defender from Go North for our Honeymoon around the NC500. It was incredible! Nick and the Team could not have been more helpful and i can't wait to return to the Highlands!!!!

Thanks guys, the landrover defender 90 for me, made the adventure an even more amazing adventure, easy to use tentbox and fully equipped for all your camping needs. Real easy to book, pick up and return with no hidden agenda's or problems, the only problem I had was handing back the keys!! Will definitely be returning for another go anywhere adventure. Good to meet you, and hope to see ya soon!! :)

The service we received was first class from our first enquiry to the return of the camper after our adventure. Would highly recommend! The campervan was well equipped & coped very well with all the situations encountered on our NC500 trip. All in all a great experience. Thanks guys for making it so. We will book again soon.

Amazing Campervan experience and brilliant service from the GoNorth Team!

First time in a Campervan and it won’t be our last. We were lucky enough to grab a cancellation and were so glad we did. We had a great experience with GoNorth Campers right from the start of our trip.

The handover video was really helpful and allowed for a quick and efficient handover which meant we were on the road as soon as possible. It covered everything we needed to know about the van before we went – important for us rookies.

The van was very well equipped with everything we needed including cooking equipment, super cosy brushed cotton bedding, pillows and bath towels.

If you’re considering a Campervan trip we’d definitely recommend these guys…we can’t wait to book our next one!

We hired a Go North Defender for our 4 day trip around the NC500. I couldn't think of a better way to do it! Being in a Defender added so much to an already incredible journey around the Highlands. Nick was so helpful, staying later so we could pick up our Defender on the day we'd booked it after getting stuck in traffic which was very much appreciated. Now I'm not a massive fan of camping, which may make you question why I went on a camping trip but sleeping in the roof tent was super easy, comfortable and warm, things I would never associate with camping. I can't rate this company enough; the Go North Team, the Defender, the camping aspect and the added experience you get by travelling the NC500 this way. Thank you so much and we hope to hire from you again!

A genuinely amazing service from Neil and the team at GoNorth.

Handover of the van was quick and efficient which meant we could get on the road quickly and start our trip! A short video was sent over beforehand which explained how the van worked etc which was really helpful for two novices like us! It gave us a chance to familiarise ourselves with the van ahead of time and make the most of our trip and breath-taking surroundings.

The vans are great, well equipped and extremely comfortable (plus super cosy to sleep in at night!). We were slightly apprehensive about the size as we have never driven anything larger than a car but they were the perfect size for the highland roads, really easy to get used to and most importantly, great fun to drive.

We have definitely been converted to van life and cannot fault the team at all - already planning our next adventure with GoNorth for 2022! Thanks for such an amazing trip and see you next year!
