DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I ordered something from this company which never turned up. The website then seemed to disappear and there was no reply to my email chasing my order.
Thankfully my bank refunded my money

I really wished I came on here before and read all the reviews!! Im fuming!! Order placed nothing was received and I got an email to give them a review about the product!! the bloody cheek!!! GUYS avoid!!!

Also haven't received my order and my emails have been ignored. Wish i'd looked at the reviews before placing an order!

I would leave zero stars if it was possible. Scam site. Placed order, money taken from account and no products received. No reply to emails.

Would give zero if possible. The whole set up is a scam. No products despatched, no email communication at all. Just money taken out of my bank and no products to show for it. Avoid this company - do not place an order.

Scam company like all other reviews are saying! They post on a Facebook group which is about cleaning tips etc so naturally people believe them due to these posts needing to be approved my admin. Chargeback filed through bank but please do research before ordering from sites like this

Scammers!! Like those before wish I had read the reviews. "Customer Services" contacted as my order hasn't been received.....nobody gets back to you. Will contact my bank and arrange refund and would urge others to do the same! Con artists!

Wish I had looked at reviews before buying.. bought items weeks ago and of course not received them. Company completely ignores you also!! Complete scammers!!!! Please do not buy from this scamming company!!!!

Obviously, if I could give zero stars, I would. Why this company still exists, I'm not sure....I feel absolutely stupid ordering before doing my own checks. Have I lost money? Hopefully not. I'm going to do a chargeback on my credit card and hope it works! If not, I'll have learned a lesson on impulse buying. At the moment, all I can say is 'don't do it.' However, if they finally get back to me or the goods arrive, I can edit my review and increase the star rating, but I'm not convinced that will happen.

No contact and the tracking number for yodel is not recognised

Bought items in October. It is now January. Was given yodel tracking and surprise surprise, they couldnt find the parcel with those details. I have emailed again to ask for advise, but if it's like the other 5 emails i've sent, it will probably be ignored. The next step for me is to raise a claim with my bank and I will be contacting trading standards.

I placed my first order and received it after a while. I then placed another order and followed Yodel's tracking that informed me it was sent back to them.
I sent numerous emails and got no response. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

0 stars - so angry that I didn’t read this before ordering. £30 down the drain. Nothing received. Emailed them and no response. It makes me so damn angry!

SCAM - placed and order and never received it.

I ordered on 23 October. I still not received my items. I’ve sent several emails. No one responded very disappointing. They’ve taken my money.

Organised scam on the FB Cleaning tips and tricks group.
I did a bit of online searching, a certain Alexandra Barzey is listed on Companies House as the director of this 'company', and also Scrubology.
A group of people are taking it it turns to post about the amazing results, with obviously fake before and after photos, and even Alex Barzey herself is asking where they got it from!
I messaged Admin to warn them, and was immediately blocked from the group, and can't find it now. Admin are all in it, too.
It's somewhat of a concern as there are almost 2m people in this FB group, and anyone ordering is being ripped off.
If you leave a comment on their posts to warn others, it's deleted, so just leave an angry emoji, they can't delete that.
DON'T ORDER!

No sign of my parcel. No customer service. They ignore emails.
I'll have to make a fraud claim with my credit card company. I came here to warn others not to buy.

Order not received! Tried to email contact several times/ways and no one ever responds! Avoid this site - scammers!

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a month ago, sent several emails, got no replies, had to get my money back through my bank. AVOID!! AVOID!!
